    • Sound great in a foxbody
The media could not be loaded. These are very crisp and clear, plus can get as loud as you can stand. My receiver puts out 22rms watts, which seems to be about perfect for my mids and highs. If you're installing these in the dash of a foxbody Mustang, they are, of course, not a direct fit. I took the old tweeters out, completely gutter them, and mounted these to the outside edge of the frame with zip ties. Then bolted them back in like factory. I really have no idea what the resistor is for, but I just ran it inline with the positive wire. You can't go wrong at this price point. The video is with the tweeters and the 6.5" door speakers(same brand)which I will also review. The 6.5s are a much larger pain in the ass to install on a fox, but also worth it. ... show more

These things are awesome and pretty clear. At 60w rms these things get realllyyyyy loud had to readjust treble or I would’ve blown my eardrums. Honestly sound the best with rock or classical rap. They sound really crisp and clear at lower volumes but do tend to get more screechy at higher volumes so that’s why it 4 not 5 stars but still a really good buy at 25 bucks!! Highly recommend for beginners. Also it’s easier to use a hole saw for these then a jig saw since it’s such a small hole. ... show more
