The media could not be loaded. I needed a dehumidifier for my bathroom. The product is compact, I don't have any problem in putting it in my bathroom. When I turned it on during shower, I felt the difference of air quality; the air was fresh. So, it works well and it does its job perfectly. I hear a little fan sound during the operation. But it is still quiet and it does not bother me. It provides options for rubber feet or wheels. I used wheels, but rubber feet is also ok because it is not heavy. I can easily move it to a different location without using the wheels. When I opened the box, I could not find the wheels and rubber feet. Finally, I found them in the tank. You can easily detach the top cover by pushing small screw driver into the hole located at the sides. It also provides a hose for continuous drainage, but I don't need it. This KNKA 1300 sq ft Dehumidifier is perfect for my small apartment, which is less than 1300 sq ft. My old dehumidifier wasn’t good—it didn’t handle the humidity well, especially with my open kitchen and washer/dryer making it feel damp. This one is so much better! It takes away all the humidity, and I feel fresh every day. The air quality feels better too. It’s small, so it doesn’t get in my way, and I can move it quickly with the wheels, which is a big plus. First off, this dehumidifier works very well. I am using it in a small homemade wood drying kiln to remove moisture from green lumber. The internal water container filled in a couple of days. The dehumidification is done by a compressor much like in a refrigerator much like much larger dehumidifiers use. It’s simple to use, pressing the humid button advances from 30-80 by 5 step increments to set the target humidity level you want to achieve. Don’t forget to open the top vent flap which is the air exhaust. The product page is a bit misleading promoting it as a 19-liter dehumidifier. You get the sense that it will hold 19 liters of water when in fact it holds a little over 3 ½ pints of water. The 19 liters is referring to how much water it can remove in a day. It does have the ability to drain externally though, which I will eventually end up doing so it doesn’t shut off automatically when using the internal tank. You have a choice of sitting on rubber feet or wheels. I tried to install the wheels but one of them would not fit all the way down into the hole. As hard as I tried to get it to click into place, it would not go. I ended up removing all the wheels and they all pulled off the shaft and I had to use pliers to remove them. One was so wedged in I had to use a metal pin and drive it out with a hammer. The wheels went into the trash after that adventure. It has a carrying handle and even with a full tank of water, it’s not that heavy. The rubber feet will work fine. By the way, the bag with wheels and feet are inside the water tank for shipping. I didn’t discover that until the tank was full and I went to pour it out. ... show more

This amazing dehumidifier reduces excess moisture almost immediately. It has a sleek design, user-friendly controls, and is very quiet. Even in my highly humid basement, it is performing well. After just a few hours, we saw a difference. I highly recommend it!

Barely got it out of the box before my daughter saw it and claimed it for herself. We live in NW Florida where the humidity is ridiculously high and you feel like you need another shower as soon as you're out of the shower. Well, my daughter absolutely loves this. She put it in her room to help her sleep at night and it's quiet enough to do that. She also leaves her bathroom door open and since she has it near the door, she says she noticed a big difference in the air quality in her bathroom as well and feels it will help with her mildew issue as well.
