I have had this product for a while now. Right out of the box you get a near 360 degree view with the three built in cameras. and if all you need is that and GPS logging for your car your all set! In my case I wanted the added parking protection, so I bought the Smart Hardware Kit they offer on amazon that is compatible for this D90-4CH and after figuring it out I was able to get the parking protection. However, I lost the GPS logging. For me this was a problem so after a little back and forth with Pruveeo customer support they sent me a Smart hardware kit that isn't available on amazon or their website that solves all my problems! Regarding their app, I think that there is a problem with the file transfer as the parking videos don't appear in the respective parking tab. Also it is hard to find the right video for a particular time on the app. So I do think the app could use some work, otherwise the app does work and stream well. If you do need video from the Dash Cam I recommend using a computer instead, as the files and videos are nicely formatted on the SD card. Customer support was great! Their product is hard plastic and doesn't overheat in the sun. I get full protection without even installing the 4th camera (back) that offers reverse allowing for an easy install.     • Great value and quality
I have had many dvr units, this one is the best yet. Packaging was great, good to see actual instructions as well. Take your time to plan for wire placement. I like the parking option that let's it record when you are not around, you do need a power kit for that. There is nothing more frustrating than to come out to your car after shopping and someone ran into it and left with no notice. The two side front cameras provide more than enough coverage. You could also turn them to record interactions with police or others that come to your window. Great value for tons of features. Highly recommend! ... show more

Buyer beware I originally bought one in 2022 that failed in 2023. It would not turn on after around 9 months. I tried multiple power cables and plugs and it would not work. I bought a second to replace it and now it was a short at the power jack. If you move the wire it comes on but as soon as you hit a bump it shuts back down. The quality and functionality are okay but the fact that it develops either a power failure or power port issue is not worth paying nearly 200 every year to keep replacing the units. ... show more

    • WORTH IT BUT HAVE TO REPLACE CORD. BAD CORD!
Well the reason I gave 4 stars.. The camera it self is Really good. I use it on my semi truck. It record front and can also do sides. That's nice. But the problem with it is the wire. The first day I installed and plugged in and the in few hours it started turning off and on. My friend hade the same issue. But he told me just get a different cord and it should solve the problem.     • Update: 6/14/2023 It’s already paid for itself Wife loves it
The media could not be loaded. Love the 4 cameras and now my wife says she feels more protected with it incase something happened and that she now has all areas of her vehicle covered for video recording. Update: We’ve only had this dash cam for 2 1/2 weeks, in my wife’s van and it’s already paid for itself. Yesterday morning she left for the grocery store and wasn’t even 2 minutes away from the house when a guy ran the red light at 50+ mph, she was going 20 at time of impact, and T-boned my wife. He came up to my wife and apologized and said he fell asleep, but then told police that she ran the red light. She had a solid green for 5 seconds before she saw when she was already half way thru her turn. Her van is totaled and thankfully this was one of the rare times she didn’t have either of our kids or even her puppy that has gone almost everywhere and a neighbor was keeping an eye on the kids. The impact was so hard, she cracked her sternum from the seatbelt locking up and she lost an earring from the impact. She’s very sore and bruised, thankfully she’s now home resting with the kids and her puppy. I’m now upgrading my dash cam in my 4Runner to this camera because of what happened and how it helped to protect my wife for being blamed for the accident. ... show more

    • Good Until It's Not!
This camera worked well for a while until it decided to stop working all together. Dash cameras are meant to be in the dash in direct sunlight, but this camera will stopped working when it got hot. The power cord will also short out on you because of the angle it has to be in to connect to the camera. The 4th camera has a long wire, which is a headache. The price isn't so bad for the product. I just wish it was more durable. I will not purchase this one again. To everyone whom has purchased or think about purchasing, good luck and maybe it will work better for you than it has me. ... show more

We were skeptical bc of the mixed reviews but decided to give this dash cam a try. We have only good things to say: amazing picture, night vision is awesome and clear and it mounted to our windshield perfectly and is super sturdy. My husband was able to run the wires under our liner to make the wires unseen. We bought this product as a result of an accident we had and the driver sped off. I really mean this review. The company and their product deserve 5 stars. I appreciate the good quality and details in their D90 dash-cam. I got the 4 channel and it’s great with quality, frames, night vision and a lot more. I only hoped that the rear cam also records in night vision mode, but that’s a development point you can look in to, not a weak one.
