I have been use this robot for a few days and I have liked it a lot so far.Setting up the machine was surprisingly painless and the design is no-frills and it is pretty sturdy.It is a great cleaner and sucks up hair well,no complaints about that.It does bump the things like chair legs,walls or couch occasionally,but it manages to navigate it and around the house and out of tight corners or through obstacles regardless,no need for human.When it done cleaning,the robot has been find it’s way to the charging station every time so far.I have been tested that a few times,dropping it in odd places and telling it to go home.It works good.I mentioned it because my old robot always get lost in the house.However there is one thing you need to watch out.The thin wires and cables,especially chargers.It sucks them up and get tripped up sometimes,but it is super easy to get them out.Just a little suggestions,probably don’t leave wires strewn across the floors when it is going to work.The app also works fine.You can access to all of the robot features,setting a cleaning schedule and so on.Overall,it seems good,and I am glad I got it. ... show more

    • First time I have owned at Robo vaccum... don't expect 100 mins... more like 30 mins
We have never owned a robotic vacuum so this is our first and we have been using this for about 3 weeks. I will say that I haven't downloaded the app or hooked this up to wifi so this little machine is kind of flying blind. That being said it cleans pretty well to not be hooked up to an app or wifi. This review is only for the vacuuming capabilities as I have not used it to mop anything. We have an open floor plan, but the only thing I daily have it clean is 3 rooms... the living room, kitchen, and dining room probably no more than about 800 - 900 sq ft. I have hardwood floors with rugs and this thing pretty much gets over everything... it only gets stuck in one low spot in the cabinets so we now block that off. It does pick up the debris of 2 kids, a large dog, and a fluffy cat pretty well even if it might miss a few spots the help is much appreciated and you can direct it back to a spot with the controls. The big reason I took stars from the review is that the battery life isn't lasting as long already on both the vacuum unit and the remote is hit or miss. I am noticing that it already doesn't vacuum as long as it did when I first got it. I timed it today to confirm... this was first thing in the morning after it had charged all night so it should have been at its strongest. I started it at 8:08 am and by 8:51 am this thing was looking for home... and by looking I mean like that time I first started driving and parked at a big shopping mall and forgot to pay attention to where I parked my car and spent 30 mins looking for my car. It's very hit or miss on finding its way back home... it seems to have good days and bad days with that. Also, I have noticed to operate the remote... I previously could do it from my chair now I have to get fairly close to it so not sure if this is a battery issue with the remote. I will say it's very good on getting debris from hard surfaces and does all right on the rugs but to really clean the rugs you might want to use the regular vacuum to really get them clean - which is not to knock this because it's so small I wouldn't have expected it to really deep clean a rug. It made me realize how nice these are to have but this one might end up in our den and I might go with an actual name-brand pricier unit for the main part of our house. If the battery held out longer I would probably add another star but when it takes a couple hours to recharge at least but only runs for about 30 - 40 mins... it's kind of a bummer... Ran a second timed test after another all-night charge - started at 6:13 am and by 6:43 it shut off the vacuum and started heading for home. I emptied it of the debris which it did have but it wasn't full and pressed the power button again and got another 8 mins before it shut down and started heading for home again. The Remote was also not responding well on this as I had to go right up to the machine to push the power button before it finally beeped and started, as close as I had to get, to get it to respond I could have just pushed the power button with my finger. It was a good day for finding its way back home though as it went straight there both times today. Update: Not sure if this thing heard me and knew I was thinking about returning it if the battery life / remote issue didn't improve but the last few days the remote is responding from a distance again and while the battery isn't lasting until up to 100 mins it has been going 50 mins... today I started it at 7:46 am and it ran until 8:37 am. It vacuumed all the main rooms and I closed it up in another small room to clean it as well. Remote responded from across the room which shocked me after several days of having to walk right up to it to get it to respond... maybe all it needed was a good pep talk. ... show more

If you ignore all other reviews please listen to this one!! Everyone will says “well it’s worth the price point” NO nope nope nope it’s not. Let’s start with the battery life, which is what made me miss the return date. The first two weeks the battery life although it steadily declined was still okay. After a few days it went from maybe 50+ mins to less than 30 before the battery life was next to nothing. Aside from that which is maybe one of the most important parts, the suction is minimal. Picks up small debris but mainly just pushes everything around. If you decide to connect your robot to the app it’s useless just like everything else. The app is just a second remote( which by the way the physical remote works from like FIVE feet away any farther and no more. The app remote is dumb because all the arrows that point up down left and right aren’t even for up right left and down. Once you use those buttons they robot will just go in circles. Not to mention if you set it off from its charging stand to clean the entire area you need it won’t even clean the area. It will go off to one side of the room and do that and won’t ever find it’s way to the other side. It gets stuck on invisible things and if you are a human being with long hair forget about this robot at all. Any hair on your floors will immediately make it stop. It literally takes 5 singular hairs to get all caught up. Not to mention it’s nearly impossible to cut them off from the brush because it’s so dense and tangled. Another thing, once again with the app, we had to reconfigure our home internet just to connect it to the app. It shows you where it’s cleaning but doesn’t even save the layout of your house ?? So again it’s just a app remote that will make it go all crazy in circles. When you use the higher suction features all that happens is the noise quadruples, it doesn’t actually suction anything up “more. The remote itself sometimes doesn’t even work. Haven’t even attempted to use the mop feature because the vacuum feature is already bad I don’t want to see just a few strips of my house clean. If you have couches/chairs again forget about this!! It will get “stuck” with a singular bump. For everyone who says well it’s cheap, please save yourself the trouble. Either go for quality or get a handheld vacuum it will save you so much anger and money. It’s so unfortunate, I even purchased the insurance which covers next to nothing and I have a useless expensive robot vacuum sitting in my house doing nothing. The only nice part is it looks like a roomba but doesn’t coke anywhere near it’s functionality . It won’t even charge anymore I’ve cleaned it and it just stopped working. I wasn’t expecting a world changing product and it still managed to disappoint. Unless you try it out for one day and return it you can’t get your money back. Any normal person would want to give it a chance but by then the return window will close on you. Move on to the next product for your sanity ! ... show more
