Description

The Progressive ProKeeper 6-Piece Airtight Food Storage Container Set combines high-quality construction with a silicone seal for airtight storage. The set consists of food storage containers constructed to fit specific ingredients for extended freshness and has measurement markings on the side to clearly display its internal contents. It includes a canister for flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and two, versatile “mini” containers. Each container is sized to fit a standard bag of its corresponding ingredient. The 4-quart Flour ProKeeper will fit a standard, 5-pound bag of flour. It has a leveling bar that clips across the bin for easy, mess-free measuring and snaps under the lid for convenient storage. The 2.5-quart Sugar ProKeeper holds a standard, 4-pound bag of sugar and has a contoured shape and flip-to-pour spout for easy one-handed use. The 1.5-quart Brown Sugar holds a standard, 2-pound bag of brown sugar and includes a removable terra cotta disk when soaked in water and placed with the brown sugar, which will ensure the sugar stays soft. The 1.4-quart Powdered Sugar ProKeeper holds a standard, 1-pound bag of powdered sugar and includes a dusting/measuring spoon and removable leveling bar for mess-free measuring. Both tools clip under the lid for easy storage. The 1.5-cup Mini ProKeepers can hold a standard box of baking soda but are perfect for spices, herbs, candy, and snacks. All ProKeeper food storage containers are designed with stainless steel hinges that swing open for no-fuss access to fill or measure, an easy-catch latch to secure the lid, and are dishwasher safe for cleaning.

I love that the canisters are clear so you can see what and how much is in each. Also the built in leveler for measuring is great. Also these canisters are stackable, leaving you more counter space. But best of all is the super air tight closures. Where have these been all my life?!

I like that these are easy to use and have some fun little attachments - the tile for brown sugar, the levelers for sugar and flour .... I wish they were dish washer safe, but once you get your ingredients in them initially, there's not many times you'd need to wash them. When they say airtight, they mean it! The seals are amazingly tight. It'll keep your baking good fresh for quite some time. I also love that they have leveler bars in some of them so you can get the perfect amount of your ingredients without making a mess. Highly recommend!
