They work great, perform as advertised, and keep my chord out of my way. I can't drill holes in my apartment, so I'm using the sticky pads. I actually have one of them on the blinds of my window to get the chord above the floor, and three attached to the blades of a ceiling fan. When I move and need to take them down, I should be able to do it with a hair dryer to warm up the glue enough to pull them down without damaging anything. It's very strong adhesive, not gorilla glue or anything, but they won't come off easily once set. They aren't going to pull my fan down or disrupt it. Putting the thing in reverse mode so it pulls air instead of blowing it will put more downward force on the fan than these things generate while in use, and they are easily unhooked. I can't use the fan anyway when playing VR as I risk putting my hands into them and breaking my controllers. It's barely low enough to allow that to happen if I'm aiming close to straight up, which I occasionally do in some games. The stickers are large is, at a couple of inches square, but not nearly enough weight to unbalance the fan, and the hooks that the pulleys attach to don't cause any problems. I think perhaps people complaining about too much pull aren't using enough of them. The more you use, the more the weight is distributed, and the less pull there is. I generally use four at a time, which is enough to support the weight of my Index cable. I also recommend not putting them on as tight as they will go on, as I think that is what is damaging some people's cables. I use the second slot so they can slide a little. It still holds the cable in place while in use, but I can push them to where I want them if I want to adjust something. I generally don't feel them until I bend or crouch down, and even then barely. Certainly not enough to displace the HMD. I was using a couple of jerry rigged dog collars before I got these and they were way worse. This works as a solution to getting your VR cabling off the floor and out of your play area. It's not perfect, the only perfect solution would be wireless, but for PC VR for high end PC VR that doesn't have a wireless solution yet, these do the job. Recommended. ... show more

I run the Vale Index, and I have a good size play area, with a padded floor. The wire for the valve is heavy, and, well, I can be a bit crazy with my movement. I box on thrill of the fight, and I engage Onward Daily, and aggressively. This means, I move, and need to move. These devices make that easy. I mean easy. They have sticky hooks, that stay on tight, with not one coming off in more than a month now of daily use. But, when I go to move them, they come off easy enough, and still...Yes...Still, stick right back on in the new location. I have moved them three times. I know...I know...unbelievable. But its true. Now, I started with a square pattern to hold my wires. Yes, I get it now, not the right pattern. A straight line is perhaps best, so, I got wise, and set them up better. World of difference. I will get another set soon, and improve, though the improvement is not needed. One set was enough, and I am glad I got this product right away. Price, forgetaboutit! Its perfect. No reason to not get your wires organized and I do not see a reason to shop around for other options, this works great. Thank you for the care. ... show more

—EDITED— This product is good although very pricey for what it is. I am going to use this for an Oculus Rift S when it arrives as almost all vr headsets are sold out everywhere. I love the quality of the cable system however it pulls a little too much. Take this with a grain of salt as I haven’t tried it with the headset yet but I fear it may unplug the display, im not sure yet ill edit the post when I receive it. I am however certain that this would be a waste of money if you are planning to use it with the Oculus Quest link cable because of the cost. I’d rather just trip over the cables because that device is meant to be portable and locking yourself in a room is against the point of buying that headset. Long story short its a good product with high quality parts, very sticky adhesive, quiet when moving the only reasons why you may reconsider is if you own a Quest, Cost, tight pulling, or you prefer a trip Induced concussion. — After testing out with the headset I can confirm that the cable does not get pulled out while I use it! ... show more

No more tripping over wires or breaking immersion. It’s been a month or so, and they still are tightly snug against my ceiling and I only used to sticky tape. Works great.

The pulleys are very silent, feel well built and have a good range of movement. I used the sticky pads to hand the pulleys and they've held up so far and seem to stick really well

After seeing an ex-buddy of mine using these I knew I had to get some. They allow for all range of movement if installed correctly based on your enviroment. This allows the cords to free float away from your feet to allow for those excessive movements such as dancing, dodging bullets, or moving from cover to cover within playspace to provide area denial to a potential target. It is great to use to keeo your life simple and trip free. Makes you look like you're in cyber punk after you're done though, comes with the look of a wired headset.
