This trampoline is fantastic. It was very easy for 2 people so set up. It only took 3 hours. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. All the pieces were laid out and it was very easy to tell which ones were which. It is very lightweight can can be moved around the yard if you need it to. But heavy enough it wont blow away in the wind. This is perftct for kids to get out and olay and burn some energy. My kids love it. You guys need to have a better breakdown of the Manuel I know is black and white but your step by step sucks I had to look at YouTube for help Maybe invest on a color step by step manual So far is good but it doesn't tell me the step 1 to step 100 so that I can bolt everything as I go Please do so

Giving this trampoline a 3 stars. Firstly, putting this together with the directions booklet that was sent was a pain. The directions are written in a very poor way, part numbers don't match the pictures, etc. Found a video on amazon of how they put it together and was able to follow them along. Once finally put together, the trampoline doesn't sit level. Also, some of the netting fastners ripped out while trying to attach them, so more work for me to do to ensure the safety of my kids. Kids are enjoying jumping of this, but i don't have high hopes for the longevity of the product. ... show more

If I could choose NEGATIVE ZERO I would. The didn't include the springs (48). I paid for the product and opted to get it delivered to my home. Post office said they wouldn't. They sent another one to a different carrier that took 2 weeks. They said they wouldn't deliver it either. I went to go get it and finally unbox. All the parts are not included and the specs don't even tell you what size springs belong so that I can order them separately! It's a waste of time and money. I don't recommend ... show more
