I’ve had this plugged in for about 2 months. I have seen a decrease in my electric bill. Approx 6$ a month. It could be working? From my first day it was just trying to find the right places for these where I know no one is going to unplug it at all. Due to instructions and reviews I got it in my head. Don’t unplug. So that’s how I picked where to put it. Green light doesn’t bother me at all. I know according to some reviews it’s “a big deal”. But it really isn’t. It’s not super bright or distracting. When I see it around places of my house it’s more so comforting for me seeing them thinking it’s saving me money. But if it bothers any of you just put a color tape over the light or color it with marker and problem solved. I got just a pack of 2 but my house isn’t huge. There has been no increase in my electric bill since I got it. So the prices it was before I got it hasn’t gone up to those prices since. Which is good. I spent 12.55$ for this (tax included). And I already made my money back within having it in my house for 2 months. 🤷♀️ if I keep ‘em plugged in longer I save more money. So if you ask me if it’s working, to me it is. Just don’t unplug em. I have been using the Power Saver, Energy Saving Device for approximately 2 months, and unfortunately, I have not noticed any change in energy savings as the product is advertised. This device consists of a 5 microfarad (5μF) capacitor with its markings erased. When I invested in this device, I was hopeful that it would fulfill the promise of saving energy and reducing my electricity bill. However, after a considerable period of use, I am disappointed to have seen no significant difference in my energy expenses. The claims of efficiency for this product seemed promising, but the reality did not match the expectations. The absence of any noticeable impact on energy savings makes it challenging to justify the continued use of this device. Furthermore, discovering that the Power Saver is essentially a 5 microfarad capacitor with erased markings is disappointing. It’s hard to give an assessment of this product as it takes 1-3 months to see results. Delivery was excellent, it’s easy to set up, but results will be delayed to see the efficaciousness of the product.

    • I've actually saved money on my electric bill.
Before I got this item, my electric bill had a steady average of $125 to $150 during this time of year. I've been using this product for about 2 months now, and my average has wen from $90 to $105 . I will further update this review as time goes on and compare it to consistent bills that range the same in average temperature. It does seem to cut down on spikes. I purchased only two of them but I followed the instructions and placed them nearest my electric control panel. Good luck to all of you, it seems to have a positive effect in my home. The square footage in my home is only 1800 and I always set my air condition a little warm because I have ceiling fans. But I do this every year and now that fuel prices in 2023 are up, my electric bill has slightly moved down. I do have 2 small dogs so I do not allow my home to get to warm because they are 16 years old and I do not want them to get sick or have a possibility of getting in heat sickness. Anything and everything helps now that our government has shown it really is out of touch with what we average Americans are going through. ... show more

    • Seeing a decrease after month 2
I moved into an apartment and was shocked by a $300 power bill. The leasing office was confused, but kinda refused to do anything to inspect my electrical issues. I bought these and plugged them in, one on the main floor and one on the upper floor in a 2-bedroom apartment with 3 levels (garage is the bottom level). I monitor my power usage through FPL's energy analyzer. All this month, my projected bill was going to be $295, but now it is at $275 with no changes to my usage or average temperature outside, so it seems as if it is working.     • It Doesn't Work
I saw a product of this type advertised on TV, and then I saw Amazon selling it. Call me foolish, but seeing that it was on Amazon there's a good chance it works. Had Amazon received lots of bad reviews, I would have thought Amazon would stop selling the product. I live in a two story plus basement house, approximately 4 - 5,000 sq feet including the basement which I do use. So I bought 6 devices, six. I put two on every floor of the house. I've had them for a couple of months now, and checked 2 months bills and there's no reduction. Oh well, buyer beware... ... show more
