The picture attached is a new build, no fluids before it and I used PrimoChill's Rad Cleaner, Sysprep, and PrimoPrep. All prep fluid was flushed out with distilled(DI) water. I would say the coolant is exactly the color pictured, which made my wife happy. Time will tell if it holds up, but I definitely like it so far. The prep is merely a inconvenience as I have used XSPC fluid in other builds without prepping and have not seen any degredation or separation after years. It looks solid and pretty much as you'd expect. But be aware that after about 4 to 6 months the color will begin to fade and sediment can deposit in the Loop requiring a flush maybe once or twice a year. Other than that it's about as solid as it gets for opaque liquids.

24 hours later my rig looked horrible like someone took a midnight taco bell movement right in the loop. Seriously though, this should only be used for a photo shoot or temporary display, it gunked up my system bad and I followed all proper loop prep procedure. *Updated* Obviously, color doesnt affect performance... but it is definitely darker than whats pictured. So, as a coolant it works as well as it should. Time will tell if an opaque coolant was a wise choice, but I actually bought it for the color. Was hoping to get a match with the custom cables I made, but thats not the case. Its a few shades too dark. Anyway, I bought some opaque white and Im going to mix it to the right color. Not a big issue at all. No harm no foul... I was just hoping for a one shot coolant. 4 stars because my hopes were dashed... xD (Update) color fall ut happened rather quickly, and very noticeable... like it pretty much went completely clear with just one CPU block and 360mm radiator over whatever time frame this is. If i wouldve flushed it when i noticed the color changing, it wouldve been about a month ago, or so. Actuall flushing my system as i type this... lol. 4 stars down to 3 for "everyday use". Opaque coolant wasnt a good choice for everyday use. Maybe thats obvious, but it definitely made my loop 'pop' with rose pink color for a while. Great for "showy" reasons like conventions, or photos though.... would be 5 star for that use case. If you plan on running a loop, and want the least amount of maintenance with the best functionality... youre probably looking for a different product. ... show more

I ran deionized water for a week before I added this I’m running full nickel plated waterblocks ek cpu bits power ram-GPU two black ice radiators and an ek disto plate running on the lowest flow setting to the point were my flow indicator doesn’t spin because I’ve noticed most people with high rpm pumps are having issues with the fluid breaking apart and messing up the loop I’ve been running it for 3 months and it’s still as purple as the day I put it in. ... show more
