I get TONS of looks on the road with this absurd thing on my head. It's great fun and makes you much more visible to other drivers. Couple notes for thoes looking at these and thinking of getting one. 1. They fit over large helmets. I got a big head and was worried it wouldn't fit... It does, but my visor cannot go all the way up because of how tight it is. (but can go half way up no problem!) 2. These block air vents, so you're more likely to get a hot head wearing it, and my visor/glasses fog up in the mornings when I'm not moving where it never used to do that before. 3. ABSOLUTELY INCREASES DRAG ON YOUR HEAD. I drive smaller roads to work (max ~55mph) and you definitely notice the wind pulling on you with this thing on. It isn't too big of a concern for short trips and lower speeds, but you'll feel it at all the time and put more work on your neck. If your ride is more than a half hour regularly, I think this would begin to hurt. Be prepared for random people to take pictures of you too! and children in cars to give you the widest eye'd looks ever. 10/10 I love this thing and wear it whenever I'm able! I have to admit that I wasn't looking for this when I bought it; I was buying helmet shields. Amazon put it in front of me as something I might want to buy because I was buying shields. I'm glad they did as I was in the mood for a novelty. The product quality is outstanding and even the packaging and simple instructions inspired confidence. Even if I wear it just one time, I'll feel like I got my money's worth. Now the bad news: I could only get it to fit one of my three helmets. I have a Shoei GT-Air, Scorpion AT950, and Icon Airmada all in X-Large, which means they have the largest shell size of their respective models. It only fit the Icon, but the fit on this helmet was pretty good. The other two helmets are longer because they are more touring/ADV with internal drop shields. I could almost get it started on the Shoei, but there's was no chance on the Scorpion. That's just as well; the Icon is what I wear when I'm thinking FUN short rides. I am able to raise the shield to the first detent with the cover on, so that's good for ventilation as needed. The bottom almost wraps around the edges of the helmet; the XL Airmada is stretching the cover as far as it will go. I expect smaller sizes won't have any problem and more sport oriented helmets are better suited to the cover than the long touring and ADV styles. The instructions say that the cover looks best with a dark shield, which I don't have for the Icon; I only have mirrored silver and gold, which still gives a pretty cool look I think. I'm going to try it out tomorrow and will update the review on how it rides and if I get any reaction. ... show more

This product is an eye catcher. Kids and adults love it. I find myself being scrutinized by rubber neckers, people videoing me, thumbs up, honks, and children screaming ELMO. It's a snug fit on my particular helmet (EXO R320 Size Medium). The only setbacks are; 1. It blocks all air vents creating major drag at high speeds and causing you swelter in the heat and fog up in the cold. 2. For me, the fabric brushes up against the back of my neck and becomes uncomfortable with the constant looking around. 3. It completely blocks my visor from being opened. For me these are worth it for the smiles and feedback I get on the road. Also it dramatically increases visibility so that's a plus. ... show more
