So this is my third helmet from YEMA and I have to so this helmet is great. I also picked up a replacement glass for my 925 that a bought a while ago but I decided to put it on this helmet. I had a hard time finding any cons with this helmet. But the pros are full. This helmet has no draft while riding down the road unless you open the air port on top of the head and mouth and I have to say they will keep you nice and cool on a hot day was 98 today and while I was moving I never broke a sweat. The modular has a nice satisfying click to it to let you know its locked in. When the ports are shut it's a surprisingly quiet ride. Like I said I have the 925 as well and this is is far more comfortable with a higher quality fabric. I love the flat black look if you couldn't tell from my bike and it just fits right in. The visor is not the original that came with it I got there replacement visor that comes with an Anti fog insert. When replacing the parts it is incredibly simple a child could do it no screw drivers or Allen keys are needed. Big thumbs up to Yema for another great product! ... show more

This is my first modular helmet. It may take some work to conform the inner helmet to your comfort level liking. Overall it's lightweight when compared to a Bell Qualifier. Road/wind noise is pretty comparable to the Bell. Pros- Comfortable weight, Internal Sunglasses, ability to flip up the front guard to talk or drink, and it's got the best quick latch chin strap I've ever used. This helmet is easy to wear glasses in, and still didn't interfere with the sunglass visor. The outer clear visor shield locks down tighter than on my Bell. Cons- No pre cut speaker slot (fitting a headset was interesting but not impossible). The plastics feel ok but could be of a higher quality. Styrofoam padding is a bit too much on brow and needs to be worked to your comfort liking. Verdict- This helmet went from me questioning whether or not to return it, to quickly being my favorite go-to helmet. ... show more

Great starter modular helemt. Let's start with the cons: weight is a bit heavier than expected. The shell isn't one of those "ultra light composite materials" (still good quality just not a 800 helemt worth of engineering in the build). It is a little noisey at freeway speeds (this is somewhat to be expected to entry level modulars). On to the pros: The pinlock works well. The viability is good (not excellent but still good). The ventilation is great. The ability to easily articulate the sun visor, face shield and chin lock for the modular portion (to flip that portion of the helemt up) is seemless and works excellently. The chin strap with quick release works well and can be done with gloves on without too much trouble. A note about using this in the heat: the ventilation is good but the liner is not "summer weight". You will need to take it out and hand wash it if you end up getting nice and sweaty in it. It happens. Be sure to pay attention to how it comes out so it goes back in the same way. Overall there is a lot more to like than dislike in this entry level modular helemt. I haven't had to "crash test" it (and hope I don't have to). Keep on mind with all modular helemts (even the really expensive ones) the chin area is not as secure as a ridged full face helmet. That section can come unattached during a crash/ brunt force impact. A full face helemt will always be safest. That being said I like this helemt. It's comfortable, works well and the bonus of modular design is super useful. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I had bought this helmet and a set of gear all for about 258 bucks and some change. Fits nicely! If you dont know how to measure your head for the size, you can just visit your nearby retail store and try on helmets they have. Unethical in some people's eyes, retailers sell their helmets for 300-500+ bucks. This is the same thing, only difference is, its online and you have to wait a week. So far the Helmet is perfect. I will be riding my motercycle and I will provide an update. Just trying it on feels good. I was able to get my comm switched over from my old helmet to this new one really easy. The pads just snap out and back in really easy. So for now it's a 5 star

At first this helmet fit pretty comfortably for short rides but the padding wore down fast so the pain starts right away. I started getting a headache from the pressure point on my forehead and the back sides of my head (think side part level and a little behind the ear for placement). When I got back home and took my helmet off from my first ride I looked like a unicorn with a big red swelled up spot on my forehead. The padding is thin and wears out fast. If you want a decent and cheap helmet for short rides then this might be ok, but I can’t wear it more than 2 minutes (versus my Sedici that I wear for hours at a time no problem). The wind noise isn’t bad at all up to 70mph where I tested it, and the vision is good. It’s not too heavy and the vents work good. TL;DR: Short rides, might work for you. Rides over 30 minutes or so, get something better. For my head, unbearable. ... show more
