A set of 3 Distressed metal canisters for decorating or organizing with wooden top lids; not airtight. For food storage use, it's recommended to line canisters with sealable bag to maintain freshness. Large: 6.70 x 11.40-Inches, medium: 5.90 x 9.64-Inches, small: 5.12 x 8.25-Inches. stitching, and fabrics. In 1997, Kathy made her first "primitive candle box" by hand, taking care into each detail from the sanded edges to the type of ribbon tied on the wire handles, each was a work of passion. I love these canisters. Perfect size for my use. I have sugar, flour, coffee, etc. They are like they are advertised except maybe better than expected. Very pleased with them. The only downside is I wanted 3 sets instead of 2 sets but there were only 2 left. And it says may not be available anymore. These were discribed as primitive/rustic, and they are. The lids are a bit rough on the edges, with some small gaps where the stain could have taken been better, but nothing a cheap furniture scratch concealer stick couldn't fix in 2 minutes (or some shoe polish if you don't have a stick). Done. Fixed. You would pay far more than this for "fancier" lids. Since I plan to use them to hold laundry supplies on an open shelf in my mud room, they will be perfect. Purchased the item as very good/like new, (Not new option) the tin canisters were fine, the wooden tops were a little scratched. I was able to clean them up some and they look fine, rustic, but that's what I was going for anyways.

I do like canisters the only thing I didn't care for my the red lids ..I thought the lids were brown... also the insides of canisters aren't lined. So I painted my lids black which goes in my kitchen and add clean bags inside. Would I recommend them, yes They now going really good in my farmhouse kitchen. ... show more

Definitely should have read the reviews first. These lids look NOTHING like the pictures. They are a very red stain. Worse, they’re all beat up but not in a good, rustic kind of way. In an unfinished, cheap kind of way. The tin themselves are flimsy feeling. Going to keep them because I don’t want the hassle of returning them but I’ll be using them without the crummy looking lids. Bummed that I didn’t read the reviews first and definitely advise not to buy! ... show more
