Several months in, the results seem good. As for the complaints of smell in some reviews? Vitamins have a distinct smell. These have that smell, which I take as proof that they are full of good vitamins. Why people complain about that I cannot fathom. If they had no smell then I would question their potency. I bought the 2 pack (30 capsules in each bottle) I have been very pleased with the results I have gotten after taking this multivitamin! I’ve been taking them for about 2 weeks now and have no complaints. I was feeling constantly drained and sluggish during the days. Now I’m feeling more alert, staying up later and just overall feeling much better. The smell is pretty bad but not unbearable, glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing bright yellow Gatorade like urine lol Only happens first time using restroom after taking them then back to normal. Definitely recommend taking with a meal in the morning as stated on bottle. I skipped breakfast a few times while taking this and my stomach was upset each time. I just turned 70, still active, bike, hike, golf, ski etc. but felt I was just sluggish, not as much energy, slowing down. Part of this is age I know but I had not taken a daily vitamin in years. Back about 5-6 months ago I spent some time researching something to try and settled on Harvest. Decision was made thru comparison to others, unbiased reviews and their ingredients. So, now, about 6 months later I feel confident enough to say that yes, I feel a difference. Just more energy throughout the day.
