Where do I start. Positive experience with seller coordinating shipping. Along with faster service than original estimated time during purchase (a good thing). Generator package overall intact with wear from what appears to be transport. Mainly sides. It appears the generator inside frame protected it from damage. Give or take, the shipping box generator arrived in is approx 25"L x 15"W x 21.5" H. And the reason I mentioned this is for the individuals concerned with weight, size/portability/maintenance/storage and so on. The handle that can extended helps a lot. And allows person to deal less with weight related issues. Or do to the person physical condition. Compared to the generators over 100Lbs, and definitely couldn't be transported in smaller vehicles if the need arise. The generator is small enough to be stored in a closet or elsewhere in case of emergency (properly storied of course). Or as mentioned; moved and transported by smaller vehicles to location needed. Being duel fuel also allows additional options. That way conserving certain fuels. And running for longer periods of time. And extending times when certain fuel types might be in shortage or not feasible to get. Over all happy with the purchase. Time will tell about everything else. In between weather at the moment. I spent time reading and getting familiar with instructions/equipment. And first several days breaking in the the generator, change oil, etc. For myself, i wasn't concerned with no parallel cables or oil being provided. Since certain types of oil can go bad over time, and get damaged in shipping causing a mess. Plus extra weight in shipping. Things that might be obvious to some and reminder for others. -- That being to remember to put engine oil in, then connect battery, then whatever fuel to use. Don't over fill gas, and remember to purge propane on regulator after connecting and turning fuel selector to appropriate fuel. Also it has a tube to carb to drain/prep for storage. With the electric start things may be crowded when getting to air filter. The included oil filler tube helped a lot. For filling and for draining/changing engine oil. Just watchful and better to change oil. Since turning the engine sideways to drain can spill some fuel. I differently got it for the manual start, electric start, remote start, wattage/surge rating, less weight/portability/size, the 120/30A & 120/20A outlets, duel fuel. Was somewhat surprised. Wasn't sure how good the remote would be. But wit noting fresh batteries, etc. In the open line of sight, was able to start and stop from 80 to 100 feet. And dependent on where I'm at, or barriers/walls, windows. Able to start and stop from various locations not within visual view of generator. Great for time when I might need to recharge portable power stations for few hours, then stop. Not having to get in and out for manual starting. Therefore not needing run the generator continuously. Also due to wattage can recharge them faster without overtaxing the generator. And also less noise of generator during the day. Sound is higher than some, lower than others, Overall better than expected. Depends a lot on placement. Definitely lower than full size everyday open frame/full size, or lawn mower. The digital gauges help a lot, along with fuel estimate, wattage and hours usage. Therefore saving person from over doing things, and estimating needs, etc. Only thing at this point is watch the chain from the fuel cap and not sure how well the wheels will hold out. Dependent on terrain/ground. You may need to adjust the generator so it doesn't wobble. And angle the exhaust..since it sets more toward bottom of generator. Basically as time goes on. I'm glad I made the purchase more & more. Time will tell for the rest. ... show more

Great product , ran well , powered all in a small RV, fairly quiet 62-dbish @50% load or less, for the price this is near unbeatable, runs around 8 hrs on a full tank at 25% load @10 feet elevation so good we bought a second with duel fuel and electric start and so far great...only question is long term 200-300 400hr and beyond reliability ... show more

Arrived today earlier than expected. Wednesday the 16th. Almost could've used it for need since hurricane Milton left us without power for 6 days ($250 worth of food gone). Fortunately power came back on last night (Tuesday). Set up was easy, be sure to add oil, the included oil filler spout/funnel made it simple. Added gas (I have the gas only model) and it started right up without needing to set it to choke (warm here). Checked it for planned use (power outage with a small house) hooking up a fridge, two fans, microwave and two lights. Only put a little gas in it and it ran for a half hour and powered what I needed it to power. I should point out my fridge is not large and is very efficient with power so your mileage may vary. The microwave in use draws the most watts but no issues. This Inverter is not that loud but is a little louder than a couple I've heard in use. Definitely lower than traditional generators. I've been playing with the idea of getting a generator for years and this storm finally convinced me to get one, glad I'll be ready for the next. ... show more

Update- after a month. This generator is great. Runs my 27foot travel trailer and it's 15k BTU air conditioner off propane in low idle mode... You can't even hear it running from inside when the AC is on. Is small and light enough for me to bring inside for storage (I've never put gas in it, only run off propane) did the break in oil change with ease, this one has more digital electronics than my last dual fuel so I'll be keeping it out of the elements when not in use but I think this generator will last me many years.. My unit was shipped with a little oil so be careful when doing the initial oil fill. The directions say to put in an entire bottle, which in my case caused a messy overfill. After reading the operating manual carefully, I filled with oil, connected the battery, connected my propane and turned off low idle. The unit fired right up with no problems. Actually pretty impressed with the quality. I connected my 30 amp travel trailer and turned on my AC. The generator did double in volume but still quieter than a small lawnmower. Ran my AC just fine. I will update this review after I do the initial oil change after 2 hours of runtime. ... show more

This turned out to be a great purchase. We took this generator with us boondocking this year and it performed flawlessly. Ran my RV air conditioner to get the unit cooled down before bed.
