I bought this as a “just in case”. Just last Saturday my car battery died when I was just doing some weather maintenance (changing windshield wipers, changing my air filter and airing up my tires). When I tried to start my car to clear my TPMS symbol, the car wouldn’t start. So I ran back inside, read the instructions and watched a YouTube video for my charger then hooked it up to the car. It didn’t start on my first try but after I pushed the boost button it started! I found out later that I did need a new battery. Lucky for me I had this starter.
