Inverter genarator labeled 4450 startup 3680 constant. Struggles with 3000 watt load. Arived with loose nuts and bolts,vibration while running caused 5 nuts and bolts to come out ( found them on ground ) Hard to start.Nice looking design, fairly quite when running.     • Don't waste your money on this generator model
Will not start. Emailed customer service several times with issues. When I asked where the spark plug was located they sent a video of a lawn mower??? Not at all the same. I had a mechanic come to my home to see if he could figure out the issue and there is no spark. So that tells me it was never tested after assembly. Customer service will answer your email questions with stupid answers. I have called over 23 times in 2 weeks and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. So of course I'm out of return period. To say it as kindly as I can this product and company are TERRIBLE. After this review Power Smart said I could return it for a new one. Guess what, they don't have it in stock. The next offer was to find something close to price range and they'd send me that one. Of course none of the stock is close to 4450 watts invertor or price. So now I have to go down on wattage or pay more money for a product I can't afford. BTW they still don't answer the phone. BEWARE ... show more

My wife and I purchased this generator to power our 30 amp R.V. I followed the break-in procedure to the letter, and this generator has been temperamental as can be. If it is raining, be sure it is out of the elements, as the rain appears to trigger the CO sensor qnd shut down the generator. It will not restart until it is thoroughly dry. It randomly shuts down in perfect dry sunny conditions. When it runs, it runs well, but we have had enough problems out of it that I feel like it is unreliable unlesa we "babysit" it. This is America, and you get what you pay for. If on a budget its ok, but I believe we could have seriously done better. We also paid for the extended warranty, but amazon shows no record of it, thus, service/repair/replacement is out. Be weary! ... show more

It's cheap. On price and quality. It looks like a Predator generator from Harbor Freight but isn't. Amazon has plenty listings for this that all seem slightly different which is confusing. The front panel is held by screws that all vibrated loose. There are flimsy standoffs molded in the plastic that broke after the first few hours. The starter rope rubs against a metal bracket and won't last. It's somewhat quiet on Eco mode but throttles up to meet power demand. I found several other screws besides the front panel that fell out. I used Gorilla glue to prevent future loosening. We'll see how long it lasts. I wish I had purchased a Predator or another brand. I would not recommend it. ... show more
