I ran this for over 13 days after Hurricane Helene. changed the oil after the first 30 hours and ran it with out any issues the rest of the time we were without power. it ran a full sized refrigerator, a dehumidifier in our crawlspace and the gas instant on hot water heater with out any issues. Run time on a full tank of gas running in the eco mode was up to ten hours depending on the load. Definitely worth the wait. Though I needed the generator on the day of Hurricane Helene, and Amazon promised it for Monday Sep 30, 2024. Sadly it arrived on the 4th of October just a day and a half before our power was restored. For the duration of use it did very well.

This machine has been working decent except for the muffler fell off after about 150 hrs of use. Apparently it shakes more than the muffler can handle. UPDATE... Now it is June 2024 The generator now has around 3,000 hrs on it and I wanted to update the review. I think this machine has broken every place that anyone has ever had one of these break... first the muffler broke off from 2 places, 2 of the gas tank mounts broke off, the rewinder went to many pieces, the engine mounts broke off letting the engine sag, and even the frame work is breaking, and the unit is a bit noisier than a Predator right from new!!! I would strongly recommend anyone to spend a little more and just get the real Predator from Harbor Freight. We have one that would be the equivalent to this one, it is the Predator 4550 inverter generator and it has between 5,000 - 6,000 hrs on it and runs great yet. And it is a lot smoother and quieter, and takes less fuel. Needless to say, we got another Predator!!!!! ... show more

Mine has about 10 hours on it now and I've been very impressed. I bought it for my RV because I needed something smaller in size that I could fit inside the trailer when traveling. This fits in my bathtub perfectly. I have a larger champion generator and this one seems just as good. It is much quieter than my champion on full power mode, and probably half of that on eco mode. When running on eco mode it will power my TV, lights, and 12,500 BTU air conditioner. If I bump it to full power it can easily run all that plus my microwave and any other RV appliances. It is very powerful for its size. I was hesitant after reading other reviews, but I am very happy with the purchase. ... show more

When I see a 4400-Watt Portable Generator with Inverter this cheap I was very skeptical. To my surprise it worked great for our camping weekend. We knew the weekend was going to be very hot (87 to 90 degrees fahrenheit) and there was no electrical connection. The first night I had filled the generator full @6pm and it ran until 6am the next morning before needing to refill. During the day I got 7-8 hrs on a full tank as the AC ran almost constantly. It is surprising light and easy to handle. The only negative for me was that it was a bit louder than other inverter generators being used around me (Mostly the Predator 3500 Harbor Freight) I only used this one weekend but at this point I would highly recommend this generator. ... show more

We got it after Hurricane Helena came through and it was a Godsend! It ran for almost 12 hours before refilling with gas. Don’t forget that it needs Sae 30 oil. We had at least 8 different cords plugged in and it ran great without lagging or any problem.
