  • Awesome
Style: PM4500, 50 ST
I love how easy the generac engine starts. 1 pull fires it up. It doesnt weigh too much either. It can run a 10000btu ac and charge multiple devices all at once and last almost a whole day on just a few gallons of gas. Excellent generator. It is not campground rated though. So noise level is a little up there but still not terrible. It worth the money. ... show more

  • So far,so good.
Style: PM4500, 50 ST
Shipping was pretty good, came on time, assembling was easy. At first I didn't get any power once I got it started. Call customer service, they walked me through the process. Gave great power, after connecting an AC to. Motor reved up a little, but it didn't stall nor stopped running. It recognized the power needed to run the AC, and one light lol. Great buy, thank you Amazon. ... show more

  • Perfect!
Style: PM3800, 49 ST
Took less than five minutes out of the box for me to add oil and gas and have power after going without for over a week after hurricane beryl hit lake Jackson tx. I now have a window unit ac running in my living room, lights, and my refrigerator is working for the first time in over a week. I can charge my phone! I even did a load of laundry! Having something like this is a game changer after the devastation of a hurricane. It has run non stop for two days now, and I highly recommend. It always starts on the first or second pull, and it is easy to pull start. It runs smoothly. I hear my neighbors generators cutting in and out, rough idling and stopping all together sometimes. I haven't had any of those problems the power is consistent and smooth. The only drawback to this unit is that it weighs 96 lb. It takes two people really to move it. I can push it around by myself, but it's not easy. ... show more

  • The worse customer service I have ever experienced
Style: PM2000, 49 ST
I bought this generator because of the reviews and because I live off-grid. I am 66 years old and needed an easy-start generator and loved this one until it stopped functioning correctly. It no longer is easy to start and I have not been able to start it at all for several months. I reached out to the manufacturer and the seller more than 3 times and have yet to hear a peep. I do not know what to do at this point but as a long-term Amazon customer I am completely saddened and it has changed my opinion a lot. This was a big purchase for me and one I cannot easily replace and with me living off the grid it is a necessity. It has been difficult without a generator and it will take me a while before I can afford another ... show more

  • Good Start
Style: PM7500, 50 ST
Assembling and starting was easy. It started with the first pull. Putting electric load is still outstanding. It has a mysterious component connected to the muffler and fuel tank. I suppose it's a new government requirement and I hope it does not complicate its operation. I could not find a description of the component, but I suppose it some kind of catalysator. What I am missing is a Quick release of the fuel line. How to get unused fuel out of the 8 Gallon tank? My previous generator had it and it came in very handy. ... show more
