The generator arrived late and was damaged. Upon contacting the company, they responded immediately and resolved the issue. I must admit, they offer great customer service. I bought this generator because of the reviews and because I live off-grid. I am 66 years old and needed an easy-start generator and loved this one until it stopped functioning correctly. It no longer is easy to start and I have not been able to start it at all for several months. I reached out to the manufacturer and the seller more than 3 times and have yet to hear a peep. I do not know what to do at this point but as a long-term Amazon customer I am completely saddened and it has changed my opinion a lot. This was a big purchase for me and one I cannot easily replace and with me living off the grid it is a necessity.
