The media could not be loaded. I discovered this steamer at a Marriott, and it worked so well that I wanted to get my own, but unfortunately the brand name is impossible to remember. So I searched Amazon, couldn't find it, and bought a cheap $16 steamer. It didn't work. So I returned it and bought a $50+ Rowenta that I figured would be high quality. But it was sooooo heavy that it made my wrist ache, plus it didn't work. Finally I found the one I wanted! This steamer is inexpensive, but doesn't feel cheap, and is light enough that it doesn't hurt my wrist. It has a slider on/off switch so I don't have to hold down a button while I'm steaming. It heats up in a matter of seconds. It comes with lots of accessories ( that I don't know how to use!) and most of all, it works! I've never been able to effectively iron or steam; I just didn't wear clothes that developed wrinkles, or else I wore them wrinkly. But now I can be wrinkle-free without wasting a ton of time and effort. ... show more

I used the steamer on a brand new, out of the package, blouse that I ordered from Amazon that was extremely wrinkled. I have never used a steamer before so I made sure to read the directions before using it. When I initially turned it on to prime it, it started spitting the water everywhere and dripping like crazy all over my floor! I would definitely suggest putting a towel down on the floor underneath where you are going to steam your garment. I was very disappointed in this, but continued to use it, I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy and quickly it removed the wrinkles. Once I got going with the steaming and finished the garment, the steamer had stopped spitting the water and dripping. I’m curious if it will do the same thing after not using it for a bit, letting it cool and then turning it back on. Definitely do not forget to wear the glove that is included, but I feel that an additional glove would be beneficial as the steam does back up on your hand while you are using the steamer not just on the hand you are holding the garment with. Overall, I give the steamer Itself a four for ease of use and it does what it is supposed to do, but took off a star for the priming issue. ... show more

I ordered this because I was tired of using my old cheesy one that took forever to heat up and just spit water. Product arrived real fast and gotta say this sucker works awesome! It heats up super fast, maybe a minute or so, and gets the wrinkles out fast! PLUS It only took a mere few seconds to get the deep ones out which really made me happy. Its not too heavy to hold doesn't spit, and the water lasts for a few garments depending on how wrinkled it is. Really ease to use, help a lot to get ride of the wrinkles on your clothes. Regarding the “leaking/dripping”: it does “spits” some water while getting the steam out. It’s not 100% clean, there are some water droplets that goes to your clothes and floor, if you turn it on, wait until the light gets green, will be less. And to be honest, it’s not a lot, a lot of reviews call this an issue, but it’s not as big as pictured (at least with my specific item, it’s really minimum). You can easily burn yourself with the steam, so you have to be careful. The glove does not protect enough. A nice place for the hanger in a higher position, will be the best. I’ve saved about $50 in dry cleaning just the first week with my pants and some shirts. The water reservoir it’s not as big for you to use it nonstop with multiple clothes, but it’s just light and easy to handle that it’s worth the refilling time. Not as noisy as other refers, but probably because I think a steamer will be leaking noises, it’s loud as a regular ironing with steam. ... show more

I recently purchased this handheld fabric steamer, and it works very well, heating up quickly. The kit is great and includes everything mentioned in the product description, like the lint brush and even a heat-resistant glove. It generates a steady, dense steam without much water spitting, which is a big plus for me—I want to smooth out clothes, not make them wet! The water tank lasts long enough for multiple items, and the steamer really does a good job making fabric look smoother. For heavily wrinkled clothes, though, it doesn’t fully smooth them out while hanging. Thankfully, it doubles as a regular iron with its ceramic heat-up plate, which glides smoothly over the fabric.
