This is great. Gives me plenty of space for multiple USB's and devices. The SD and MicroSD slots are great because I don't need an adapter. Design is sleek. It doesn't get too hot. Speeds are pretty much limited to the USB read and write speeds. The LED's can be a bit too bright but I can't complain much about that. I do wish it had USB-C slots but that's about the only thing. It is just what it claims to be. I have multiple wireless devices routed through this hub without any issues including high dpi mouse, Keyboard (2.4G dongle), PC gaming controller, Streaming Microphone (HyperX) and more. The only thing that I have had to do is turn the power off and on again to reset the Microphone. The Hub has a Charging port but to be honest it is very slow, but works well to charge accessories overnight when the PC is shut down. I used a 6 port USB hub before that was not plugged into 110v, just into the PC itself. My SSD pocket drive would not work... Kept losing it's connection requiring PC reboot. I thought I'd was the drive but once I plugged it into this new hub it has worked the flawlessly.

For the $27 I spent on this, there really isn't much to complain about. I have all the ports populated constantly except the fast-charge port. While I've not tried using all the ports simultaneously, they all work. I use 7-8 at the same time and turn off the ones I don't need at the time. The fast charging port does work. I charged my tablet from a completely dead battery in juat over 2.5 hours. Not terrible but not exactly fast either. So that's my only complaint if you will. Based on my tablets battery capability vs advertised charge rate, it should not take quite that long. The other nit pick is the USB cable provided is pretty short at only 3ft. And if you try using an extention cable it can't just be any old USB extention. Needs to be a nice thick USB high speed 3.1-3.2. Or just replace it with a longer one. Added cost is my point. For me, it just barely stretches to where I needed to place it. Seems like an oversight to provide such a short cable. My use case is a flight sim setup with multiple perrifruals. All of which require high output. This hub, so far, works well. If it starts to fail, I'll update this. I do highly recommend plugging the A/C adapter into a nice surge protector. The hub itself may or may not be voltage regulated and a surge could fry it and all of your expensive stuff plugged in. Word to the wise. ... show more

FIXED! I received the above headline from my computer and called my tech guy for help and he stated I need a POWERED USB Hub. I went to Amazon and found this one (which BTW has the least amount of returns. I just received it and shut off my computer and plugged all six of my USB mechanisms into it; plugged it into my computer and into the power outlet; turned my computer on and it booted up. I did NOT receive any more warnings and everything began to work again! BTW it has a 3 year warranty at NO extra cost! You can turn any of the USB ports off or on plus it has a charging port--what more could you ask? Oh, yeah its looks great as well! ... show more
