  • Read the directions
The media could not be loaded. I was very very pleased with this product for our 4 year old. He's on the smaller side so he fits great and this has become his favorite item to use. The directions weren't that hard but definitely have to go number by number otherwise you'll jump ahead and then have ro disassemble the part. But it's been great. There was a small Crack when I opened and inspected but not worth sending back for a full replacement. ... show more

  • Great kids yard car
Well made, solid construction an comes partially assembled. Add minor body parts, put on wheels and decals and it’s done. Only suggestion is the lockout between high and low speeds. It needs a lockout for reverse too- until kids remember to always fully stop before reversing. No problems yet, but I added a nylon prop piece under the speed selector handle to keep this from happening. Otherwise, it’s the best electric kids car I’ve ever seen. Holds 2 kids (total passenger wt 130 lbs) and has a dash “radio” that has keep motor sounds and… a nice tyrannosaurus roar just like in the Jurassic Park movie. It also has shock absorbers of a kind, but they smooth out bumps and rough ground. ... show more

  • Amazing
My 5 year old son loves this jeep. He drives his little sister and friends around all of the time. The battery lasts a long time. My kids love that there is space in the back to put chalk or other toys. They also love pushing buttons that make dinosaur sounds and pretending to run from a t-Rex.

  • After a year of heavy use, surprisingly sturdy and still a favorite toy!
We have had this Jeep for nearly a year now, and I deliberately waited to write this review. It is easily the best toy I've purchased for my now six-year-old twins to date. It was not simple to assemble - you really need to follow the directions and assess all parts before you begin - but it is beyond sturdy considering it is plastic with plastic wheels. We live in the country, and my kids like to take it "offroad" on rocky terrain, power through the muddy grass, and take it on dog walks down a paved road. They are ROUGH on it. They haul all kinds of stuff and will connect a bungee cord to it to tow toy trucks and such. It's got some scratches, but it is completely in tact and just as functional as day one. If we replace anything on it, I might consider getting some new wheels, but we aren't needing those yet, even with all the spinouts the kids have done in the driveway! The battery also holds a charge for a very long time. We easily get 6-8 hours of heavy use on a single full charge. If you're hemming and hawing on what model of Power Wheels to get, buy this one. You won't be disappointed. ... show more

  • TBD but think we made the best choice...
When Kringle spends this much jingle, he does his research. Opted for the PW even though it did not have the remote operation we probably will wish that it had. First, this PW Jeep on sale was half the price of the other option. Second, the customer feedback on the other companies option (a black SUV w/ remote) had horrible CSR reviews. I take all reviews with grain of salt, but Santa ain't droppin' four bills to have someone ignore his product concerns and complaints. I set my timer and jokingly said, 37 minutes! It took two adults (well I may not count fully as an adult) about an hour. Now had Mrs Kringle not been back and forth between 'baking' and issuing instruction commands we might have been closer to that 37 minute mark. That said, if you lay everything out ahead of time and have a cup of cheer in hand, twas' easy! Tips. Buy the insurance protection, if your gonna spend 200 or more bucks what's a little extra to insure that when it does break, or a part breaks, it is 'their' problem and not yours (my opinion) Place the car body on a blanket so you can slide it around to work on left or right side. A magnetic screw driver is helpful but not needed For side mirrors, windshield and some piece it's easier to put on decals before attaching Put battery on charge day prior to build that way when completed you can pop battery right in The steering column, directions not great, pull bar back up and insert the 'pin' then press back down, you'll know what I mean when you get there. We did want this to allow two children and it looks like it will for 2 3YO and under. Don't be a bad Santa, put on all the decals! Much cooler. Decals stick immediately, take your time, hold an edge of each decal and slowly move into place letting static electricity pull the corner/side down...then smooth it out. Especially helpful on the front grill. 4 star at this point...I can recommend for now, it came packaged well, rather simple process, company seems to have a good reputation. But, the rest is TBD. ... show more

  • Great purchase!
We had bought my son a power wheels for his birthday and it was garbage. Decided to return it and spend a little more money for this. GREAT purchase. It was easy to assemble with my husband and I. Our son was so excited and loved that it came with a Dinosaur buddy as well. We charged the battery and they road around for a while. Hoping it last but for now I'd definitely recommend! ... show more
