Button to switch between forward and reverse fell off and no longer works. Contacted manufacturer and they want us to travel >2 hours to a service center to see if it can be repaired. The thing lasted 2 months. Amazon should pull this product and the rest of the manufacturer’s products.

Cons- It took a week for me to get this which I thought was dumb, also be aware it will take you quite awhile to put together, took me about an hour and a half, and my hands were super sore by the end. I get what everyone in the reviews say about having to take the seat apart just to charge it, which is annoying and inconvenient. Also wish it came with a seat belt because it does jerk my son around! Pros- It’s the perfect size for a two year old, we got it for a great price, and I love that it’s not super fast, my sons loves to ride it! ... show more
