First of all this product surpassed all my expectations. Everything works perfectly and the battery lasts exceptionally longer than I had hoped. The output power is incredible as well. Upon receiving the item and unpacking it I noticed that although the unit worked perfectly, one of the little storage compartment doors was broken probably during shipping. It did not affect the operation of the unit at all it was simply cosmetic so I wrote to the company asking them if they could just simply send me a replacement plastic cover. They responded immediately, within hours actually to which they requested a picture of the damage. Once I sent that to them they sent me back a note saying that a new one was on the way and I don't have to return the original. I thought this was an incredibly generous offer and an extremely intelligent business practice so I made that clear in my communication with them. Like I said, great product, better than I expected by far, and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone. ... show more

First off, this is very heavy! Don't be surprised. It has multiple functions, but I've only used it to inflate my car tires so far...it did an acceptable job but wasn't easy to use and it took a while for it to do the job. I almost returned it, and may still.

We bought this subpar product a few years ago for emergency situations and haven’t needed to use it much. I keep it charged and use it to inflate the tires a few times. Recently we tried inflating our Tesla tires but it didn’t work. Barely filled the air and we had to take the car to get it inflated at Costco. We are having a real emergency now. First time I’m really needing to use to charge things but it starts to beep loudly and a red light comes on if I charge anything except with the UPC output. The status light also stops working. Don’t buy this crap. I don’t know how people are rating this so high ... show more

Perfect for what I bought it for the tire pump does take a bit of time but in a emergency what's 8 minutes vs being stranded with a flat holds a charge and easy to use

Bought this in 2020, it died last year. Tried ordering a new charger, that didn't help. Each section died slowly, first the compressor, then the jumper cables and then the battery. Didn't last long enough for me to really use it.
