    • Stunning performance so far....WORKED TO SAVE MY CAR BATTERY!
The battery in my old NIssan car died completely, I have an older battery charger I thought was really good, but it won't even try to recharge anything that the voltage left is too low. Went looking on Amazon to see if I could find a newer charger and noticed it claims it can "repair" batteries. OK, I could spend the money on a new battery or give this one a try. One of the review said it restored some electric bike battery so took a chance. Its completely simple to use, just a couple simple buttons to push. Plugged it in and set it up for winter charging (its really cold outside now, but not freezing yet), and hit the repair button and let it do its thing. Well, it was really SLOW, but showed the battery had a tiny charge left, not enough to even hardly make the "click" of the starter trying to work. So, I left it sitting on the car, and it never stopped charging. Overall it took nearly 2 days to charge to 100%, just tried it an hour ago and the battery IS CHARGED, THE CAR STARTED. So, am going to let the car sit before I trust it to drive around, so hopefully there's not something going on thats draining the battery, but so far it SAVED MY BATTERY. For the cost of a new battery it succeeded in recharging it 100% GIVE IT A TRY. Had no idea a dead battery could even be saved! UPDATE! Battery is FULLY REPAIRED! This charger is pure GOLD! I've thrown away too many dead car batteries this thing could have fixed. BUY THIS THING, YOU WON'T REGRET IT. ... show more

This battery charger and maintainer is perfect. It is super easy to use, I didn’t even have to read the directions. It was pretty self-explanatory. The compact size of this is also great. I love how the display screen shows you exactly what is happening throughout the process of charging or maintaining your battery. I had a 12V/AGM motorcycle battery that I believed was nearing a need to be replaced. It was a great battery for 3 years. It just would not charge. I tried all my chargers. I bought this charger, and it made it better than new. My bike started so quickly, it startled me. Warning: it has a fast charge/slow charge. Select the best option. If it is a good battery, select slow. If it is dying, like my battery was; choose repair. Read the manual. It is well built and sturdy, it has a lot of power to recharge. Purchased to charge a large caravan leisure battery . Easy to set up , great instructions. Did the job charging from 7v to full in approximately 6 hours. Great display showing charging , temperature and battery level. Would definitely recommend for the money. Compact and functional.

    • Overcharged my car battery
This charger overcharged my car battery and ruined my battery. I followed the instructions on the manual and set the charger to: - smart charge - maintain - winter - slow According to the manual, it should operate as a trickle charger and just keep my battery charged. However, this charger instead keep charging my battery and eventually overcharged the battery. The battery started to emit a strong rotten egg smell indicating that it was overcharged.
