I just received this bird house post attachment, and it's impressive. It's really easy to install, fits perfectly to the bottom of the bird houses I made. The screws provided are exactly the correct length. There's six attachment points on the base to the birdhouse and four to the post. It's not going anywhere!!! Yes there a bit expensive, but now that I am using them, there worth it. So much so more that I'm currently ordering more. I have my garden surrounded with 4x4 post and heavy gauge wire mesh to keep the deer and rabbits out. These are a great addition to the garden posts. ... show more

I had a bird feeder on top of a 4”x4” post that someone decided to pry off the metal brackets. I looked for another solution and saw this. It fit perfectly on top of the post.
