I'm giving it a four star only because the cordless battery pack that came with it is all backwards up and down buttons are backwards and it did not come with the pedal for using it manually with a pedal other than that it looks good it sounds good and I will be trying out soon

This is the second one of these Poisedon tattoo pens. The first one, the power supply did not work. The company has great customer service and replaced it immediately. I was so happy too, because this tattoo pen is easier to hold and work on more delicate lines as it doesn't have near the vibration other pens have. This one comes in a very nice case to hold all the supplies that come with it, including a good supply of cartridge needles, a grip cover, a set of ink caps, some practice skins alone with the transfer paper. There is some tattoo ink, gloves, and a set of instructions you need to read carefully. Also includes a charging cable. Used it til the battery needed charged. Tried to charge the battery and it kept reading E00, only had it a few days so I had a replacement shipped to me, that replacement didn’t work at all! Sent back. Not worth the money, time or hassle

Needle cartridges dont lock in place like they should. But most reviews warned about this. I use to hold in place. This was supper cheap so if I get good at tattoos I will look at getting a wireless one next. For now this a Great for learning and practicing.
