This portable steam sauna is outstanding. It gives you all of the effects of a sauna without any of the day spa costs. As far as assembly goes, it's pretty much: take it out of the box, unfold it, add water and Viola! Steam! The temperature rises within 7 to 10 minutes, and I even added eucalyptus leaves for an aromatherapy effect. It also folds conveniently for easy storage. I would recommend you dry and wipe the sauna down before putting it away to keep the unit as clean as possible. I only find two cons to this product: 1) Regarding height - If you are 6' 1, it's a little cramped inside. 2) The seat is not as comfortable as I would like it to be. I will say that after five minutes of enjoying my steaming these issues weren't that big of a deal. I give this mobile sauna 5-stars! ... show more

I am shocked how much I love this product. The compact design is genius and allows it to heat up quick and to HOT temps. The setup was so easy took me all of 5 minutes and then around 10 to heat to temp. I love this, highly recommended

Easy and convenient sauna. Love this sauna. Sets up easily and heats up in a quick 10 minutes. I definitely feel the benefits of using this the past few months. I completely feel rejuvenated.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this portable steam sauna works great. It takes a few minutes to heat up but it gets really hot in there. I use it almost everyday.

This particular style is the best one yet! I love the closed in space, full body and you can see out. It gets hot quickly and when you put just 2 ot 3 drops of essential oils in the water base it gives off such a relaxing scent and it is very calming. So far so good.
