I've been through a lot of portable chargers and am cautiously optimistic with this one as I write this review. I've only had it for a few months, so we'll see if it lasts longer than a year. So far, great features, portability, many ports and charging opportunities. Only thing that hasn't worked was the included USB-C cable. I tried to charge my laptop with it and the cable stopped working almost immediately. The USB-C cable that came with my laptop works fine with this charger though. ... show more

I bought this in October, 2023, so I've had it about 4 months so far. It's a nice, compact, portable battery for use in varied applications. Against my Jackery (also 300 Watts), this battery does not compare. The Jackery outshines it. I frequently use these batteries in fiber arts - to run my spinner, or to run an LED light above my knitting machine(s). They are great to take to Fiber Festivals, where there often just isn't power other than my battery. Even powering just an LED lamp, the Jackery has more juice left after just a few hours. So, it's cute. It's Small. It's portable, but so is my Jackery. The only things this has over the Jackery is price, but there doesn't seem to be any doubt that you get what you pay for. If I didn't have the Jackery to compare it to, I'd think this battery was better than sliced bread. But I do have the Jackery and I can see that this just isn't as powerful as my Jackery. Everybody needs a great little battery on the go, and this will suffice but if you can afford it, I'd say go with the Jackery. ... show more

So far so good with discharging Station. Super convenient size not heavy. Works great. I got to set a half-price bargain so it was definitely worth the money. I have to say I worked with my camera flashes but for now I definitely recommend it. It’s a great buy.

Cons: 1. The fan behind the AC inverter malfunctioned out of the box. The fan bearing was bad. The sound was like a mini dirt bike engine revved up. Returned for a replacement. 2. The AC output safety plug makes it very struggling to plug in AC adapter. 3. The included 65w charger can only output/charge at 54w. Pros: This is a very versatile mini power station packing 260WH / 300w output that can be carried in a computer backpack. This is the smallest (I think) one with this kind of power capacity and output. The AC inverter runs cool, the fan kicks in once in a while at max RPM. It is loud but bearable. I'm disapointed not seeing a 100w USB-C charger included. ... show more

1. Sometimes its fan suddenly turns on. When I put it in the home and didn't use it neither to charge anything or to turn on light, its fan suddenly turned on. I touched it, I could feel it was hot on its body by itself. 2. It sleeps itself and couldn't wake up even if it has enough power. This issue makes it a useless power station. When I used it to charge my laptop with the 110v and cell phone with usb, then I went to bed to sleep and kept laptop and cell phone connect to this power station. When I waked up, it still slept just like died. It didn't produce any power to my laptop and cellphone, and no way to wake it up by touch any buttons. I thought it runed out of power. But when I recharged it, I found it had a lot of power. First time it still had 100% power, second time it had 85%. Now, it was my third time to try it last night, it is now keeping in sleep situation when I want to use my laptop. so, I think this is a common issue. It means when you charge it full and happily to bring it to camping or somewhere, but it will stop working itself even if it has full of power. It makes it useless. Do any other users have same issue? I think I will return it for these issues. ... show more

Hangs on a light stand easy and will handle a 300 watt strobe mono-light head (Godox MS300V) and several fixtures I’ve put 6,000 Kelvin LED bulbs in for a variety of wattages less than 300 watts total and it performs fantastic for location video lighting. I am assuming that a model that looks twice as big with the same Plume design that is noticeable in a photo from some trade show on Egretech’s website is maybe not available for USA distribution and i’m hoping it will be at some point because A “Plume 600” would be even more desirable for a 600watt mono-light strobe head or larger LED video light heads. I’ve emailed the CEO of Egretech about that larger model but have received no response yet. It’s very convenient to not have to tether a flash head for location photography or a video light fixture on location with running and finding an AC outlet to plug into and creating a tripping hazard for people traffic at a live event or location production and this product helps immensely to achieve that extra safety measure as well as save time with setup! ... show more
