I’ve been wanting to try a Pilates style workout for a while now, but wasn’t interested in dropping $200 plus a month at a Pilates bar. I’ve been looking for another form of workout(s) to supplement my existing eeekly routine to mix it up a bit and help me zone in on losing more inches. So why not try one of these bars??!!!! This workout bar is worth the purchase. It seems durable so far. It’s easy to assemble. It’s easy to adjust the length of the bands to get the best resistance for each exercise. The workout poster helps get right into a workout without having to search for a routine online. There is a QR code to access video workouts and information about the product on the workout poster but I haven’t looked into that yet. To help with this review too, I had weight loss surgery 14 mos ago with pretty consistent exercise the last month so I don’t have a history of being an exercise junkie. I’d have to say though - this Pilates bar is something anyone of any fitness level can do and definitely will benefit from. It will get you sweating and heart rate will reach 100+ on quite a few exercises so you’ll feel it but you set it with the resistance based on the three different bands and length of the bands. I’m feeling like this workout bar is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help replace some of the mundane stretches and exercises I’ve been looking at. I even bought once already for my daughter to help her get more active and trim down her mommy tummy. We’re both pretty excited to see what our results might be! ... show more

I’ve been sick for nearly 4 years and finally figured out what is wrong. I needed something that could be low impact to start muscle strengthening. It’s really easy to put together and take apart. I can feel burn. I like that it comes with different resistance bands that others don’t. It was very easy to put together, and the little bag is a perfect addition to store the extra bands. It’s also comes with an easy fold out workout guide. So happy with this purchase!

Awesome, I ordered one for home and one for travel ❤️ wish the bands were shorter because when I squat they aren’t tight and I have it set to the shortest setting. I love that I can use all 3 bands together for resistance.
