Really happy with this purchase! Nothing to install, just had to put the tires in, which was very easy. Easy to start. We put ice cubes and water in the tank and it worked so well. It cooled off the room fast. Water last all night. My son's room gets really hot, so this unit keeps it nice and cool. I love the fact that you could move this around anywhere in the room and it's quiet. My son is really happy with this unit and how fast his room cools off.     • Don't trust the bad reviews guys!
The media could not be loaded. I read so many bad reviews and I half expected to return this, but my Lord this has saved me. It cools down even without ice in it, if I have no ice or ice packs in it's at 70* and it cools down the master within 20 minutes, anyone saying it doesn't work is most likely expecting far too much from this machine. It's not an air conditioner.. it simply blows cold air lol but my room is above the garage, so the hottest room in the house, and this cools it down fast. The water also stays a lot longer than I thought it would, I was concerned about it emptying in the middle of the night and frying it but I haven't filled it in almost 2 nights now. Just throw in a lil more ice and an icepack and it's good to go the whole night and the rest of the day too. I've had it running for about 3 days now since I bought it so I could really test it before I reviewed it. It's lovely. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So I gave this a five star because it does what I needed it to do. I have a back bedroom that is not near the air conditioner so I wanted something to cool down my room at night. I just shut the door make sure it was full of water cold water and ice packs and it does the job great! If you’re looking for something powerful that does a big room this is not what you’re looking for. ... show more

My air conditioner went out. Although summer was nearly over, it was still very hot. I bought this item to get me through the end of the summer heat, and it worked! The water cooler looks like the image and works nicely. Adding cool packs really help to cool the rooms down quickly. The wheels make it easy to move from room to room. I recently purchased another a/c due to the current supply shortages. It's been really hot in California, and I have not had a chance to install the new a/c as yet (February, 2022), but in the meantime, the "cooler" has risen to the challenge! Just add water to the water-line and Ice pack or ice cubes, and it's "just-in-time" relief. The down side is that you have to monitor the water line so it does not go too low while running. I'd say it needs to be refilled every 6 hours. If one is sleeping through the night, waking up to fill the cooler with ice and water can be draining - but even with that, it's a blessing to have during a heat-wave. Hope this helps! ... show more

Using as a humidifier to support my existing humidifiers on the days the temperature drops below the 30s. It has consistent humidity output at a higher percentage than normally needed which is what I needed. This meets my expectations and performs exactly the function I purchased it for.
