I absolutely LOVE this dishwasher! We live in a super old house and there are very few counters and we don’t want to destroy what little cupboards there are so this works great. We keep an old lunch cooler under the side table we have it sitting on to drain into and pour the water in the top. Everything gets clean, if you have stuck on food rinse first and use the Strong setting… that will do it. The fruit cycle doesn’t get hot and can be used for stuff that’s able to be washed but “not dishwasher safe” due to high heat. It’s really saved me a lot of time and strain on my back! It’s pretty quiet and solid built. I use it A LOT. Several loads a day for the last like month and a half since I got it. No issues at all! The basket is just a tad too small for our full size plates but I’ve been able to finagle them in maybe one per load. The strong setting even works for pots and pans. The Quick setting is for light wash. I rinse everything so it is usually ok for me but if anything is really on there, you might want to use Normal setting or Strong for anything stuck stuck. I also love the window in the front. Tbh it’s kinda fun to watch when I’m bored haha. There’s a lip at the back in the top that stops big plates from fitting. Very pleased with this purchase. I recently moved to an apartment without a dishwasher. Hating washing dishes my whole life, I bought my previous countertop dishwasher, which unfortunately started to leak after a few uses, and thus I had to switch to a tank-filled version. This one is indeed much smaller and trying to fit all dishes often takes some effort (especially large plates with thick rim and deep bowls), but virtually all water tank dishwashers are like this, and I just use it daily. It’s actually less annoying than those that require a tap connection, since I still have access to my kitchen sink while this dishwasher is running. It also cleans very well, and the operation is pretty simple and straightforward. One thing I particularly like about this cutie is the height. If you also have your kitchen cabinets hanging low and are worried about fitting a dishwasher on the table, remember to measure the space you have and check the height of the product. And probably look no further. Dishwasher models with water tanks are usually tall, and this one is the shortest I could find on Amazon, which fits on my counter so PERFECT (see picture). Also liked the light and the cup tray, which actually holds large utensils that are too tall for the utensil basket pretty well bc the spikes that keep stuff in place. My only complaints are that the wheels on the rack often go off track when pulled out, and that water sometimes spills out when filling the tank. Great product overall. ... show more

This review is coming from 1 person with 1 person's worth of dishes. Just keep that in mind. I've used this everyday for 2 months and I love it. It takes a whole 5 minutes to load and later upload my dishes as opposed to it taking almost 5 minutes of running my water waiting for it to get hot. (On demand water heaters are nifty but if the tap is far from the source it takes awhile to get hot water) So with dishwasher it saves me a ton of time and water. It comes with a liter pitcher. I fill the pitcher 3 times with cold water pouring it in the hole in the top of the machine and it dings when it's full. The ding is kind of faint though so if there's competing noise in the room so make sure you're listening for it. There is a hose you connect in the back that drains into my sink. It has a little suction cup on it so the end of the hose stays out of my way. There's a little spot for dishwasher powder in the door. I've never used pods, it recommends powder. I use the cheapest one I could find and it works amazing. It gets the water hot in there by some beloved witchcraft. It does a better job than I do because I'm always rushing. And the first time you use it, run it empty with powder to get the "new machine" smell out. The 2nd time, and every time after, you will notice that once you start it a little water drains. It's supposed to do that. You're good. I love this thing. It's tiny but mighty. And it fits full sized plates and everything just fine. I can't fit my skillet but I never expected to lol. Everyday dishes, silverware, and blender bottles are good though. Spatulas and ladles, etc I end up just laying across the front because it's not tall enough for them. Tupperware lids that have flaps you need to be careful for because the arm under the dish rack is quite close to the rack and can either smack it or just catch the arm and then it won't spin. You can hit the pause button any time in the cycle and rearrange. It takes a minute to learn how to load but that is nothing to me compared to the time and hot water I'm saving overall. Highly recommend. Edit: 11/7/23 Been about a year and I stand by my original review. Don't forget to clean out the filter in the floor though! Still in love ❤️ ... show more

This compact dishwasher does the job for small cleaning. If I have a large load I go ahead wash. I notice sometimes it does not.power off. There is a glitch in dry mode. It does a good job.

We can assume that space is tight if you're looking for a countertop dishwasher. This unit from Chumaste has a small footprint, a number of cycles, and is relatively quiet considering. The washing itself is very effective; capacity is the tradeoff, naturally I'm a bachelor, and my dish usage is such that I run mine at least once daily. If you're thinking about using this with a couple or a small family, you might find that one family meal requires multiple loads, or handwashing some of the dishes.
