First of all we were impressed when we saw this and started using it in our living room and then the troubles began when we moved it to our bedroom, water leaked all over the house and was a huge cleanup task. Finally we got to run it in the bedroom at night and we were woken up by the dogs at night because the bedroom floor was wet and the cooler had been leaking and all the water was going straight into the wood floor. My sweet hubby ordered this for me as that life change is upon me and I just couldn’t get comfortable to sleep without freezing the entire house. Needless to say house temperature is comfortable for everyone and I can sleep finally in the cool.

I really wanted to like this however after following instructions and filling with water, adding ice packs, unit blew air but it wasn’t cold. The remote is a nice feature. It is quiet but I don’t think it’s worth it

It is quite and does blow cool air somewhat but not very much. If you were sitting right in front of it the air is cool and feels good. It might be fine as a personal air chiller but it is not going to chill a room that is 250 square feet. Once it is set up I wouldn't recommend moving it because the water comes out very easily. ... show more

Does not cool in a small room settings, I left the ice packs and thought maybe with the ice packs it’ll cool faster. Nope, the packs don’t even fit in the proper place. I would pay a little extra to purchase a product that actually works. Don’t waste your money.

No way of knowing the temperature. Blew warm air even with water and ice. Deeply unsatisfied.
