The shipping was great. The device was packaged well with no scratches, dents, or any other marks. I took it out of the box, assembled the window ventilation panel, and then let it sit for 24 hours. I use it in my office, which is a 750 square foot open space. As the outdoor temperature rose, the temperature in my office started to drop. The outdoor temperature reached 90° F, but my living room was only at 66° F, about 24° F lower.
