I ordered this product in October 2023 but didn't set it up in my water fountain until April of 2024. When I set it up it didn't work, even after leaving the solar panel out in the sun all day. I contacted customer service on May 9th. They confirmed the product is still under the 1 year warranty and requested a video of the product as it is setup and I was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I submitted the video on 5/9/2024 and no one has gotten back to me. I have tried the same customer service number several times since then and each time I get the initial message and then it automatically disconnects me. It’s a good pump overall. The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 star rating is because there were some attachments missing from the ones pictured in the description included in the package. The pump didn't last a month being used before the motor burnt out and the solar panel on this is straight 🗑️. Just to preface my revie, yes I do get enough sun. I live in southeastern California and it's 115 degrees today so I think I'm the perfect judge for solar products 😆 😆 I even attached some pictures for the conspiracy theorist 🤣 anywho I have 2 sets of solar fans that are rated 20 watts for my chickens fixed on the roof in the same position I put this solar panel pump and I would say this pump worked at 50% or less power compared to the fans who's wattage is again 20 so maybe the bigger pumps are a massive upgrade and if they are I'd 💯 recommend them but that still doesn't account for the fact my solar fans are usually working 2-3 hours longer each day as well plus stronger. The pump is good when it literally has the sun directly over it for about 1-2 hours a day. Long story short the solar panel doesn't give the pump enough juice for an extended period of time during the day and the pump was ok while it worked but didn't last a month and remember I get an ok amount of 🌞 you know with it being 115 right now. ... show more

Happy with this purchase. I used it hoping it would pump water through my DYI garden fountain, and it works great in full sun. Got it set up and going in 5 minutes. Perfect amount of power for what I was looking for. As soon as it’s shaded, it doesn’t have the power to pump up through my water feature.
