I used this for the 1st time today. I have a large above group pool and a very big oak tree and line of ever green trees on our property line. We get a lot of leaves and pine needles. I was surprised at how well this worked on both the pine needles and leaves. The suction power is better on this than me haha and I swear that’s saying something! The media could not be loaded. This vacuum is great. One of the best features is that it’s cordless and it last for a long hour. I don’t have skimmer vacuum since my pool is new and I don’t have grass or trees near by so I purchased this. It works great! Vacuums up even the finest debris like sand and dirt that settled on the bottom. The handle does extend but it easily exchanged for a longer pole. It has 4 nets with different materials density for different types of debris and it is very easy to put in and take out. It easily washes out with a hose and is durable material. Just I friendly advice, when you take it out of the pool, you need to let the water drain out before putting it back in the pool. I didn’t do this the first time and when I turned it back on it spit out the bottom debris that was still in the suction hole/tube that I had just vacuumed up. Letting it drain outside the pool before turning back on resolved that issue. The curved handle just fits on the tube nearest the vacuum so you can use it while inside the pool, to be honest it is the easiest way for me. After over a month of owning this toy, I liked it. It worked so well to pick up the leaves in the pool. Comparing another brand of pool vacuum , this one beat it on everything. The only complaint that I am not give it 5 star was it did not pick up the fine sand well. The filter seems not working well. Need a finer filter to pick up fine particles. ... show more

    • Used once- broken and won’t charge
We bought this at the end of last summer for an easy quick clean up. We used it one time before the end of the season. When we opened it up this year, it wouldn’t not charge. It was stored indoors all winter.

As a new pool owner, I've gone and bought every gimmick /pool accessory. THIS actually works. Perfect for cleaning dirt from the bottom of the pool and also small leaves/debris. Not extremely powerful where its going to suck in every single leaf or slightly bigger leaves, but perfect once u skim the pool and want to get the rest of the dirt left at the bottom. Very easy to assemble and use. Charges in a few hours. Can get about an hour of use from it once its fully charged (although you probably wont need to use it for an hour consecutively). I just wanted you guys know that this Pool Vac is Awesome! I am really blown away by how Great it is for the Price,, It has about 45 minutes on Full Charge! It is easy to handle and empty the pool debris out, A Telescopic Pole is Included and it Runs quiet too! I don't rate very many products, but I wanted to get the word out there on this Pool Vac that I purchased because I am so Happy with The Performance! I love this vacuum! I have an above ground 18’ pool. The skimmer vacuum isn’t working right so I purchased this. It works great! Vacuums up even the finest debris like sand and dirt that settled on the bottom. The handle does extend but it easily exchanged for a longer pole I had for a leaf net pole. The 4 nets with different materials density for different types of debris is very easy to put in and take out. It easily washes out with a hose and is durable material. I also had one of the vacuums that uses the water hose attached to create the suction. I would take this one over that any day! I love it being cordless! It does last for a good hour when fully charged too and no bulky hose. Very easy to use standing outside of the pool. The only thing I would say is if you turn it off for a minute in the pool and then go to turn it back on, make sure you take it out of the pool first before turning it back on and let the water drain out before putting it back in the pool. I didn’t do this and when I turned it back on it spit out the bottom debris that was still in the suction hole/tube that I had just vacuumed up. Letting it drain outside the pool before turning back on resolved that issue. Otherwise, this is a great, light weight, easy to use and charges well! Updated: I reached out to customer service about the issue below and they are sending a new one at no cost to me. No hassle, no arguments I used this vacuum twice before storing it for the winter and it worked great. I fully charged it after winter and put it in the water to clean the pool and now it won’t work. This shouldn’t break after two uses. ... show more
