The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to lengthen our pool season. I have a lot of grandchildren and I have my elderly parents who live with me who like to get in the water as well. So many times even in very hot weather the water would seem so cold it was hard to get in. I purchased this watching it for about a year. At one point it went as low as $989. I finally purchased it at the $1,500 price point. Got it right away from Amazon. It was in great condition. It was packed extremely well. The unit was hard to get out of the extreme packaging that I appreciated. There was no damage to the unit. When I saw the 120 plug I was a little concerned because I bought a 110 socket because I wanted to be able to plug it in without having extra wires ran. I did have an electrician look at it he told me that the adapter should work fine so we went ahead and hooked it up. It was a very easy installation. I will put a bypass on because I'm sure it would probably be better to have one. But so far it has been heating the water well. It has gotten up to 90°. My grandchildren and family have said it was a great addition. We have all enjoyed the much warmer water it's not like a hot tub but it's definitely more comfortable. I've only been using it for a few weeks, hopefully it continues to work well. I only saw one other review and that poor person was having a horrible time with pictures of a frozen condenser etc. So I wanted to put a review on here to show that it's not all bad. I will state that it first gave me an e06 error at one point. I didn't understand it so I attempted to contact tech support. The email I sent came back from Eco pool saying that they didn't know why I received their email because it was the wrong people to connect with. It would be great to have better information on customer support for issues. But again so far it's doing what I needed it to do. It was a great price I have a 20x48 pool and it seems to be working well the quality of the unit seems very good. It is not a very loud unit. It is heatingthe water one degree or so every hour or so. I will say that the temperature is based upon the outside temperature. When the outside temperature drops the water still drops but not nearly like it used to I will probably get the solar cover as I've read so many others say is advisable to maintain the temperature but all in all the water temperature did rise pretty quickly and I'm satisfied so far with this purchase. Update after a months use So far we live this unit. The water is very warm. We've gotten the temp up to 94°. I did get the solar cover to place on the pool at night and it definitely helps maintain the water temp. Final update this has been an awesome purchase. We are going into the 4th of July weekend. My pool has been used so many times. I actually was asked to cool it off. The water temp has gotten to 97°. We have had many night swings. I'm so very grateful for the ease of use. This has been an answered prayer for my family. We have had and continue to have so much quality family fun due to this device. I just wished I had got it at the $989 price. But it has been worth what I spent. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. If I get a good 3 to 5 years out of it I'll look to buy again. ... show more

I spent about 1500 .00 to a contractor to do the installation the powerline and everything and this thing is not working. I want my money back please.
