I am so surprised that I got this so I can do exercise at home when I have free time . First of all ,this is so sturdy. It made of so thick quality metal that doesn't bend. Secondly, I can assemble it fast, because most of the bolts are one size. Thirdly, this machine offers one great place to do push ups, pull ups, dips and any other workouts I can think of.
