Over sharpened on one side of the tanto edge is visually unappealing out of the box. The pivot cover has sharp edges that can poke you. There is no pocket clip which is a big downside. Other than that great sharpness out of the box. Great looks. Snappy action that feels study and locks up well. Fun to fidget with. This knife is very light weight and nice grip in the hand. The blade is very sturdy with no wiggle room. It comes super sharp but I was able to get it sharper with a diamond file and even with the blade being skinner on the edge it will hold its shape. Super durable knife and the sleeve/holder is nice real leather. I would recommend purchasing if your using this for simple tasks ... show more

    • Appearance is great but the sturdyness loses significant value
Blade wiggles back and fourth in the housing...it should be tight and unable to move side to side. That means you can snap the blade and or break it out of the housing. I'll have to find a way to secure it, or keep it strictly as a showpiece.

the wood was unfinished which I personally don't like but for the price you really can't beat it. Some may even prefer the wood finish its just preference.
