I hate to use the word cheap to define this Nailer/Stapler. I will definitely use the word extremely affordable. Taking that into consideration and I have used it three times since receiving it, I have only had some very very very minor malfunctions/inconveniences. Basically not being able to see when you run out of Staples or nails and the more significant one is the little actuator for the trigger is not real Stout so it can become misaligned with the trigger and that is part of what you get for 8:34 piece of equipment you that the name brands sell for between $90 and $115 depending on the sale and the name brand and where you purchase it. Taking all of that into consideration this is an AWESOME piece of equipment and in the three times I have used it as done everything I asked it to do from 2-in finish nails or Brad's to a couple hundred 1&5/8" narrow Crown Staples without a single stuck staple or misfire or staple that was not set correctly or "countersunk" for lack of a better term. This comes with a nice little case and some 1-in brads, some 2-in brads, and some narrow crown staples as well as light lubricating oil. So, if you are doing simple homeowner jobs around the house, not commercial use, this will do the job for you at a price that is easy on the pocketbook and do the job adequately. ... show more

Excellent nail gun. I put it to work 8 plus hrs a day for a week. It held up better than expected. No issues or problems. No jambs. Great finish nailer.

I've had "name brand" nail guns that weren't as smooth as this one. It will drive 2" 18ga brads or staples with ease. I use it around the house / barn with a pancake compressor set to 85psi on the hose and that is air'a'plenty for this thing to operate in rapid-fire mode with no failure. I went through exactly ALL of the 2,000 fasteners on my granddaughters mud-pie kitchen in a couple of Saturday afternoons. I used new lumber and reclaimed barn wood on her project. The only hiccup was one brad that I tried to shoot through a lighterd knot in a piece of the barn wood. It drove approx. 1 1/2 inches of the 2" brad through the knot before the last 1/2" of the brad curled up on top of the knot. I was duly impressed with the brad and the nail gun for its efforts. Those lighterd knots are, well, as hard as a lighterd knot. Had I been paying more attention, I wouldn't have even tried to shoot through the knot, but I wasn't and I did. The next shot was perfect, as were all the ones before and all the ones since. Give'er about 5~6 drops of the pneumatic tool oil (provided) before day of use and, based on the one project, I should be able to get many more projects completed before having to replace it. However, were it necessary to replace it after the one mud-pie kitchen project I would not complain. The price is very reasonable and thus far the performance has been as good or better than red or yellow "name brand" finish nailers I've had over the years. I can definitely recommend this tool for anyone looking to knock out a project (or 7 or 8) around the home / farm. Well pleased thus far! ... show more

I've been wanting an air nailer for a while now. But finally decided on this one when I had a specific project I wanted to get done this summer. I used it to knock that off of my to-do list and have used it for a few other smaller things. It's lightweight enough for me to use and easy to load.
