Installed pretty easy, and even got the back up camera working, and that was a minor miracle due to my lack of knowledge on wiring. Car Play connects very painlessly after you figure out the Blue tooth to car 3 way scenario. It was confusing up front, but once I figured it out, it works flawlessly now. Carplay works. They say it will Bluetooth to your stereo bit actually it's more like just a second screen to your phone. No microphone for phone calls. I was really hoping for that as my stereo system doesn't work well for phone calls. Does not come with a USBA to USBC cord so you have to use the cigarette adapter that comes with it unless you have a cord. The cord hangs out the top and creates a very ugly and distracting view. I plan to buy other cords and cable holders to clean this up but it should be better designes stock. I dont have an auxillary option for my car and have not tested the FM transmitter so I don't know how well they work. Have not figured out how to watch the videos from the dashcam either. Have not hooked up backup camera either. The suction cup gasket thing for mounting to your dash does NOT hold the weight of the device. The window suction is amazing though. It definitely bounces but not horribly. The instruction manual is somewhat well done even though there are a few small mistakes. Will update after I get the chance to really dive in to the other features to see how well they work. UPDATE: Even worse than I expected from it. Worst purchase I have ever made! This thing keeps shutting off and disconnecting while Im driving! That kind of renders it useless?? Really pissed I spent over $50 for this P.O.S.! ... show more

Phone calls are terrible. You can hear perfect but the small little mic on the unit is awful. It syncs up nice and is user friendly but it cuts out your streaming with Apple/android function

Easy install, took me less than 5 minutes. Fm transmitter works great, no crackle- just good sound. Teen was very excited to have CarPlay in her car. Microphone for phone calls works well too. Customer service is very quick.

    • Died within 2 months and won’t work
Well it started great ! Big screen and cool apple connect .. within the first month it started glitching and I had to unplug the power just to stop the boot loop. Well it finally gave up the ghost last week. I tried troubleshooting it with the provided 90 days “ free” help on the Amazon app. Nothing that I do works and now I have spent a money for car cam that doe not even turn on .. I hope the manufacturer reads this and does an exchange .. maybe I just got a lemon and the next one will be perfect . I love the big screen and the touch screen . Please do the right thing and reach out to me about this issue .. ... show more
