The color is a perfect moss green/olive green. I have dark green walls and I wanted green curtains to match. This is a few shades lighter which I enjoy the contrast and it adds texture and light to the space. I love these curtains! And it comes with a velcro wrap so you can tie them without drilling a hole into the wall to hold the curtains back which I thought I would have to do. The velcro wrap is just...think or a hair tie that isn't a full circle and has velcro. You wrap it around the curtains so that it pulls away and lets the light in. I bought three pair and one pair was an inch shorter then the two other pairs. Not an issue for me because I placed the shorter pair at the sliding glass door and that pair gets moved back and forth regularly. Under $25 for one PAIR!
