The interior plastic was there, but there was evidence the product had been opened and/or used previously. Word to the wise: be careful when docking controllers into any USB charging port. The small micro USB connectors are susceptible to damage, so you need to make sure everything is aligned before inserting. Overall, it appears to be a great product for the price. So far it’s working grate. My controller was completely charged by morning and when it does not need to be charged it make a grate holder for your controller.

Controller is difficult to position right & led lights stay blue not turn red to indicate it is Charging and was supposed to be brand new yet box was open no plastic was missing and it had scratches and scuffs, which makes me believe it was used or returned.

I had problems with the first product sent. Only the top port was charging; however, after I submitted supporting documentation, they sent me another port. It works great! The USB cable is short so make sure you place the stand close to an outlet (I prefer the outlet instead of the PS4 port). I have extra USB cables so I swapped it for a longer one. ... show more

This is a very nice charging station. No worries about finding cable charger. My 9 years old find it better than cable charger as he doesn't have to deal with plugging and unplugging the cable charger. I would definitely recommend this.
