They aren't perfect but I have high arches and tried a few different shoes before this. My feet start hurting if I try to wear shoes without them now. These are not soft but harder material. Not necessarily bad but something people may want to know.

I bought these insoles because I was on vacation and needed them asap. I had Dr prescribed insoles that cost ~$500.00. I noticed my feet beginning to hurt while working out for a couple of days before leaving. I didn't have time to get new ones made. I ordered these and had them delivered while on vacation. I put them in my shoes and my feet haven't hurt since. My old ones were over a year old but if these last me 6-7 months I can afford to buy new ones twice a year and still save $$$ ... show more
