Description

Airbed original truck bed air mattresses come in several different sizes to fit compact, mid, and full sized trucks in long and short bed layouts. Cutouts on each side allow the mattress to fit around and over the wheel wells in a pick up truck, creating a sleep area that utilizes the entire truck bed. A built in rechargeable pump inflates and deflates the mattress at the flip of a switch. An integrated air Coil system evenly distributes weight over the mattress. Comes with an additional 20" X 52" X 10" tailgate mattress that covers your tailgate for additional sleeping length.

My only concern is that the solid tie down anchors at the rear of the bed sort of press into the side of the mattress which overtime may put stress on the material. Fit was perfect for a Jeep gladiator. Held air overnight but temps didn’t fluctuate too much. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is because the extra attachment that’s goes on the tailgate to make the bed longer pops off pretty easily which can get annoying.     • Popped in less than 3 hours and plug smoked

The mattress is a great idea but was not executed well. The first issue I had was when I plugged the charger for the battery in. It started smoking and sparking. I called Pittman Outdoors number provided and they were very kind and sent me a new plug in the mail. Before the plug got here, I set out on a one night camping trip and hand pumped the mattress (not too bad). I'm 5'0" and weigh 105lbs. I sat on the mattress for about 1-2hours reading and it was and comfortable. I then hopped off to go for a little walk. I heard a popping noise from my truck and though it was a tire, but did not see anything wrong. When I got back form my walk I went to get into the mattress for bed and it was completely deflated. It had popped at one of the seams when nothing was even on it. The company was very kind and helpful with returns but this mattress is not worth it and poorly made. ... show more

the battery had not been not working before I got replacement. now I got replacement, it works very well. but I'm sad its price fell down about 40 bucks after I bought it. anyway it is well made. I think battery management is needed from now on. it says it needs regulary charging even though I don't use it. ... show more
