Very similar cut to the Nike Tempo shorts with the added shorts layer underneath instead of briefs. A little thinner/lower quality fabric but they’re also less expensive and have pockets. I really love these! They are so comfortable, love the pockets, and they have that perfect high waisted fit. The only con really is that the liner doesn't stay put AT ALL. It constantly rides up. It's not a big deal when doing strength training or just lounging around because the shorts themselves aren't super short. But it's the absolute worst when running. Even with that being said, I plan to buy another pair or two because they are really great for everything but running. I bought the light purple-ish ones. I'm 5'10" and 150 lbs and the large fit great. I might try the medium for the next pair to see if the liner is more compression-y. ... show more

Ordered these after following one of the fashion bloggers posts. Was hoping to have as an alternative to Athleta running shorts, but no go. Too short overall, not my style for 5'3" and 42 yrs old. Pros- liked the fabric, overall very soft. Nice wasitband, not too tight and LOVE the high waist. Cons- lining kept riding up in the front so then they were very short looking. Measured the inseam and it's less than 2", about 1.75". Phone pocket a bit odd as it's hard to walk with phone in it as it sits right at the hipbone towards thigh, albeit a nice size to fit my iphone 13Pro. WIll be sending back. ... show more
