Soild response, wont blow your doors off but hits some very low notes. Ive had dual 12s in the past and of course those were better but only marginally. The small enclosure will work well for many vehicles and the simplistic hook up is nice. I really enjoy this sub.

Put this in my Polaris ranger. Unbelievable the difference it makes. Is it a $1,000.00 alpine unit no but for the price I don’t think your finding anything better.

this was easy to install on an aftermarket radio sounds great with a lot of controls to fine tune the sub for the price I'm very happy with it I was concerned about the small wires on the subs wiring harness however after heavy play and testing this sub the harness never even get hot so it seems to handle the power fine ... show more

Sounds really good inside the cabin. And outside for a ten. Can't say much for the trunk. I didn't want it there. Its easier to install of you have a stock sub or RCA outputs. You can do either if you can figure it out based on the instructiod. Although it takes a little guess work and basic knowledge of speaker wires but I've added a couple of pictures to give any who needs them an idea of how they go.You have to cut the RCA input s to spline your speaker wire if you don't have RCA from head unit. Solid color with solid color for right. Dotted line for Left or whichever has the writing on it for the lack of technical terms.. everything else is color coordinated and pretty easy to figure out. hits solid without rattling the car next to you if you don't care about that or want to get a ticket for noise pollution. Not l.. lm sure the pioneer12's would fill that void. ... show more

Easy install & can use 8 gauge power wire. Was the best powered 10" speaker for the price that sounds this good. Fosgate & Kicker powered 10" might sound a little better but are 100/150 more. Also the speaker matched the carpet in accord.

This is one of the cleanest sounding subs I’ve ever owned. Hits really good for one single 10”. Just what I wanted… compliments stereo without being obnoxious. Middle aged suited.

    • Bazooka tube killer
Previous bazooka tube owner review. I have had full blown systems with JL audio W7’s etc etc when i was younger . I have also reduced my need for bass but needed a filled out audio experience when driving. My go-to has always been bazooka tubes if i just wanted a little bass to fill out the low end of songs , due to their all in one unit design and ability to provide reasonable bass from a 6-8 “ woofer. That being said my latest vehicle had a 10”kicker solo Baric mated with a koiiler 1000 watt amp . Had to replace the unit due to the ex leaving me because I’m too attractive for her . Decided that an all in one unit was what I wanted but didn’t want to sacrifice the trunk space that the original amp and sub were taking up (about half my trunk) Went with this unit as a solution. Bass Is tight and responsive . Easily equals or possibly out does the bass of my previous setup . Trunk has more rattle that can be adjusted ( recently installed dynamat and no more rattle) Having accessibility to the bass boost knob at all times is hand especially if you listen to a large variety of music types ! Sometimes rock will drone and other times the bass is just too much for normal conversations or a impromptu phone call , bass boost knob solves instant adjustment needs. All in all I have to say if an all In one unit with good bass that won’t rattle your neighbors windows, will fill out the frequencies in you beats and doesn't take up too much room is what you want then this will definitely do the job , save you cash and not have to worry about amp access and overheating that comes with buying independent speakers and amps. ... show more
