I ordered these shoe boxes to get some better storage in my closet. I live in an older home and the closet space is definitely minimal. I also had my shoes in different places of the room and these were not only able to fit my shoes, I wear between a size 10 and 11 in women's so my shoes are not small like the average female, BUT I was also able to fit some of my shorter boots in these boxes. They were pretty snug but I was able to get them in and free up a lot of space in my closet. I had a little bit of trouble assembling them but my husband was able to figure it out in under 30 seconds. They look like they're flimsy but actually they are fairly sturdy and they are sheer just enough so that you can see what's inside but it still looks very tidy from a distance. ... show more

since these are plastic, i thought they would be flimsy and not be strong enough for my shoes but they actually are the opposite. i actually love these shoe bins and made more space by throwing out original shoeboxes. definitely will be buying more! however, only disadvantage is that the don’t come big enough for my rain boots which is my only complaint. otherwise, i like this product and the fact that they have a side with “holes” for shoes to breathe & this product is worth the price ... show more

I was pretty excited for these so I could finally replace my husband’s bulky shoe boxes in the closet with a clean, aesthetically pleasing shoe organizer. They are pretty simple to assemble, slightly flimsy but still great for the price. It would have been awesome if I’d read the full product description where it said these boxes fit up to men’s size 9, LOL. So unfortunately I’ll be returning these but that’s on me!! My husband is a collector and his size 11.5 basketball shoes do not fit. I would have loved the product if it worked for me but again that’s on ME for not reading in depth. I bought these to organize my shoes in my closet. The directions for assembly were a little confusing but it went smoothly after I figured it out!! The only complaint is that I wish they were sturdier! I am concerned about how well they will hold up in the long term. I do like them will not retorted. They are replacing cardboard shoe holders. These shoe organizers worked really well to clean up the organization of my shoes in my closet. They weren’t difficult to build after you get the hang of it. I like that I could break them down and store flat if needed in the future. I like the clear door that opens so you can easily access the shoes. For heels or taller shoes, I laid them sideways (high top converse example in photo). Higher boots won’t fit in these and require a different option/storage solution. ... show more

If you're into organization at all then these are for you!! They look a million times better than a shoe rack and just make the space look organized. I would've given 5 starts but there were a few things. 1. The doors on these while functional aren't the sturdiest things so gotta be careful opening and closing them - is imagine small kids would break them pretty fast if you have them out in the open. 2. One of the doors was already broken. They have these little pegs they're clipped to and one of the pegs was broken from the side - a little super glue and it seems fine. 3. One of the back pieces were already cracked. 4. Men shoes are a much tighter fit than kids/women. I wear a size 8 and my husband wears a size 11. I thought he’s weren’t gonna fit and some of them barley do. However for my shoes I’ve been able to fit two pairs into most of them. 5. Not as clear to see what’s in the box when put into an ill lit area like a closet. The packaging could've been done to protect these a little more since they’re just thin plastic. All in all I think these are worth the money and none of the things listed above would keep me from buying again. ... show more

With bulkier shoes you can still fit just laying them side ways, i’m impressed when i got them done i love the way they look in my room.
