It seems like every time I see pillows, I buy them. I’m always certain the *perfect* one is the next one I see. I have serious neck issues, so this is an ongoing struggle. These arrived vacuum sealed and packaged in a small box, but inflated immediately, evenly, and completely once I cut the plastic. They looked big. I was afraid I had either ordered the wrong size— or had been sent the wrong one— but a quick check determined the size was correct. These are noticeably larger than *standard* standard pillows, so I would guess the same would hold true for the other sizes as well. I also want to mention that these have no smell, are incredibly well-stitched, the material is soft, yet durable, and I really, really wanted these to work. My husband feels they are too soft and not nearly supportive enough. I, on the other hand would love these if they were actually a standard size pillow. I love the softness, and find the level of support perfect, but had to put my shoulder on the pillow to help decrease its height— and still my neck was at an uncomfortable angle all night. They do, however look amazing in shams! If you like a full, cloud and kitten soft pillow with height to it, this is the one for you! For me though, the search continues. ... show more

They look just like the picture and I really like how they're machine washable. I tend to get hot at night and these pillows help keep me cool which is a plus. Did as the instructions said. After taking them out of the box, l shook and pounded them to distribute the feathers. Then l left sit for a day. They plumped right up and provide good support. I got the gussett and it looks nice too

I purchased a popular name-brand mattress and pillows last summer but missed the support and bounce back of fuller pillows. These offer that! Nice soft and comfortable down pillows, the pillows aren't too soft where they go flat in the middle of the night but they aren't hard like a brick either. Overall I like the comfort of these pillows.
