    • Adjustable Strap system is poorly designed

Comparing the Gaia Bar and this one I would choose the Gaia. The adjustable straps on this one are a pain to use. The left side had too much space between the strap and the bar so it slid around when using it causing asymmetric balance of the bar. I had to find a make shift spacer to insert in the gap. I like the thickness of the bar and it is comfortable to grip. The Gaia bar is thinner but the stretch chords are rolled easily around it with a flick of the wrist to adjust length when switching exercises. So much easier to use that way! I tried rolling the straps of this one to get around the awkwardness of adjusting with the clip and they wouldn’t roll evenly. This one has better hand and feet grips. As far as the additional grips, I Love the ankle straps but haven’t found a good door with lock AND enough space around it to be able to use the door strap so can’t say whether it works well. ... show more
